DESPITE HAVING A RATHER VAST SET OF SKILLS, Luna is still unable to develop the ability to manipulate her father. Sure, he's as awkward as her twin sister, but he wasn't that stupid to fall for Luna's tricks. In fact, he was pretty immune to them. With years of practice, of course.
Considering that the raven-haired girl hated the sun, which resulted in her being so pale since she doesn't like going under it, she finds the weather in Forks the only thing that she admires. She liked that it was sweater weather every day in this town, it makes her feel comfortable. But also makes her want to just snuggle up in bed and forget school.
Unfortunately, remembering Charlie scolded her yesterday for being sent to detention on the very first day of school, Luna cannot simply sleep in or else she'll have her ass thrown out. Therefore, with a groan, Luna gets up from her bed and started preparing for school.

Time seems to fly by so fast. Though, Luna figured that time is one cheeky little bastard because even though the subjects she previously had ended so fast, History seems to be so dreadfully slow. Of all the subjects that time could use to screw her over, she picked History wherein she is seated next to a certain honey-blonde boy.
With her nails tapping on the desk while her eyes are fixated on the clock, waiting for its hands to struck two p.m., Jasper's face is contorted into an irritated expression, trying to concentrate on the lesson even though he has had millions of classes of History back then.
"Will you stop that, please?" asked Jasper. His tone held a hint of annoyance but added the little 'please' in the end to cut down the harshness in his voice just a little bit.
"Does it annoy you?" she asked, knowing already what his answer is.
"Yes, it does." Jasper answered.
"Then, I'm not gonna stop." Luna retorted.
Jasper releases an aggravated sigh. He still can't believe that in a few days, he would fall for her. There was no way he could be attracted to someone as annoying as her, right? Not only was she annoying, but the sweet scent of her blood was constantly distracting him as well. But for some reason, he was distracted because he was attracted to it, not the kind of attraction that makes him want to suck her dry. This feeling was somehow foreign to him.
And finally, as if both their prayers were now answered, the school bell rang and the two were quick to jump up from their seats.
"Later, Golden Retriever." Luna snickered with a smirk before she waltzed out of the room.
