Yikes. That's the first thought that he had.
The second was probably pain. Oh, so much pain. Falling out a window will do that to you though.
The third mixed in with the second eventually. Are they still after me??? He wasn't quite sure he could move to run if they were. Hopefully, the bomb had done its job.
The fourth thought was probably the most important. You must survive. So, that driving the panic and confusion from his mind, he weakly pushed himself up to a sitting position that was really leaning on the side of the building so as not to fall back onto his back.
The roads were empty. Abandoned. Cars were parked haphazardly on road, meaning they had stopped there. Glass windows were shattered and debris lay everywhere. Maybe the bomb had worked too well.
In fact, if he was being honest, he probably wasn't even in the same year anymore. The explosion must have jumpstarted his warping ability. He must have accidentally launched himself into the time stream. The only question was how far had he drifted and what had happened here.
