Yozora's POV
"THIS IS HUMILIATING." Katara mumbled.
Sokka looked up at her, "You mean getting thoroughly spanked by the Fire Nation or having to walk all the way to the Western Air Temple?"
Katara looked at her brother momentarily before answering, "Both."
Aang petted Appa, smiling slightly. "Sorry guys, but Appa gets tired carrying all these people."
I nodded, "Ookami can't go out for long in the hot hour too. But I promise we're near."
After some moments of silence, Teo started talking, "I wonder how the rest of the troops are."
"They're probably on their way to a prison. Seems like my dad just got out and now he's going back in." Haru replied.
"I miss Pipsqueak." the small kid, the Duke said who was walking next to Sokka.
"I miss not having blisters on my feet." Sokka said.
"Wait a minute." I stopped walking, recognizing the place. "We're here!" I said as I grinned at the sight of the empty field.
"Huh? There's nothing out here!" Katara said in disbelief.
"No she's right. We are here!" Aang's eyes sparkled after so long. "Wow, this place is beautiful!" Toph exclaimed as she saw the temple with her feet.
-
"Welp, welcome home for the next couple of days, I think!" I awkwardly said, scratching the back of my head shyly.
Teo awed the place, "It's so different from the Northern Air Temple. I wonder if there are any secret rooms." he said excitedly.
Haru was the first to ran off to explore. "Let's go check it out!"
Teo and The Duke follow Haru and when Aang tries to, Katara stopped him.
"You guys go. I think we need to talk about some things." Katara said.
"Indeed, we do." I said looking at Aang, crossing my hands over my chest.
Teo looked at The Duke. "I'll race you, Duke."
"I told you, it's THE Duke!" the small kid said before all three of them head off. Aang turned to me after they were gone, "Why can't I go?"
"We need to decide what we're gonna do now, and since you're the Avatar, maybe you should be a part of this." Katara said.
"Fair enough. So, what's the new plan?" Aang said sitting down.
"Well, if you ask me, the new plan is the old plan! You just need to master all four elements and confront the Fire Lord before the comet comes." Sokka said.
"Oh, yeah. That's great, no problem. I'll just do that." Aang replied sarcastically.
"Aang, no one said it's going to be easy." Katara tried to reason.
"Well, it's not even gonna be possible! Where am I supposed to get a firebending teacher?" Aang asked.
I coughed but nobody looked my way.
"We could look for Jeong Jeong!" Katara said.
Aang shot her idea down, "Yeah ... right. Like we'll ever run into Jeong Jeong again."
I coughed twice, desperately trying to get their attention but no luck.
Toph chimed in curiously, "Who's ... oh," She folded her arms irritably, "never mind. If it's important I'll find out."
