Aspen's POV (21 years old)
Morning after the World Cup:
I woke up before Tonks, which is weird because we usually both wake up at 7:00 to our alarm so we could make it to work by 8:00. When I got to the kitchen I got myself a cup of coffee, and sat down at the kitchen table, which had four chairs as sometimes they would have co-workers over or Tonks' parents would come over too. Right after I sat down an owl flew in and dropped off the daily prophet. I looked at the headline which read:
"Death Eater attack at Quidditch World Cup."
"Oh no," I say out loud. I quickly get up and run to Tonks' room to get her up.
"Tonks get up quick we have to go to work"
"Why? It's too early, considering we did not get here till 11:00 last night" She was right but we did need to get to work.
"There was a death eater attack last night and the dark mark was casted into the sky" I said hurriedly.
"Well why did you not just say so," Tonks said tiredly.
"Well just hurry up, I can only imagine what the ministry is like right now." I rolled my eyes as I replied.
