"Idiot..." Shadow muttered with an itching laugh, protruding upwards from his throat. "Absolute... IDIOT!" An embracement. Sheer red coated over his face... with murder in his eyes. His hands... colored in red—worn from the sword. Adorned red.

Then, a strange stimulus... I stopped breathing, falling back in a tremble... I must have been hallucinating, entering a stupor of shock. Back against the wall with my hands crawling in escape, I could not fail to notice the odd exchange of flickering glows. Purple energy of light emanated off Dark towards Shadow, swarming at Shadow with the entanglement at his hands and neck, and hazing over the red spots and stretches of scattered blood at his complexion. A glow settled at Shadow's eyes, and then a green light energized from Dark... a special effect Shadow suddenly became befuddled by.

One notion set off, creating a peculiar, unexpected scene.

A quiet chuckle sounded—drawing my eyes—and a snap at Dark's free hand by his side. The knives impaled at his arm flew out with a clash, darting to the other end of the room—nailing to the wooden wall in a perfect horizontal line. His freed arm dropped into the cradle of his other hand for a green energy to wrap and close his wounds. "Maybe you couldn't extract everything?" A mutter.

Flabbergasted, Shadow jumped back and concealed the flame sword in the grasp of his fist, transforming it into a manufactured, red variation of its original stone. "I-Impossible...!" his anger boiled into confused, overwhelmed shock. "How... on this fucking earth... did you..."

Dark's opened palm swung and snapped a blue light, pushing Shadow back by its flash and blow of power, and cracking the iron shackles at Vio's wrists for Vio to plummet to the ground. I gasped in response—not expecting the blow's intensity—and blocked my eyes to only open them back up in astonished bewilderment. He's... Covered in his own blood, he moved and swayed—full of life... The pain must have been temporary, but... did he or did he not just...

"WHAT IN THE WORLD?!" Shadow exclaimed, coming up at his knees. "HOW?! YOU—THERE ISN'T... THAT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN EVERYTHING?!"

"What? Did you expect me to do nothing in the Other World?" Dark's hand clutched air, forming a tight creation of power into his hand. "You think murdering the witch would—"

"DARK, YOU FUCKING IDIOT!" Vaati screamed, throwing a tantrum over Zelda.

Blinded by pitted wrath, Vaati charged up to Dark pass me to interrupt Dark's formation of power at his hand and jutted with lightspeed with the throw of his pounding dagger fist. But, Dark's movements quickened. Dark's hand reflexed within the seconds, and a spawned purple void of a portal came to light with the snap of his fingers. At the clutch and drag at Vaati's lilac hair, Dark flung Vaati into the portal with him and the portal itself vanishing with no return and into oblivion.

"MERRY FUCKING CHRISTMAS!" Dark laughed with the removal of Vaati, and with his turn to face Shadow—an unwelcomed, disappointed scowl menaced. Dark took Shadow's rage, however, and converted it for a taunt. "You know, you could be next if you wa—"

From Shadow's hand, a stretched, thick, black, thorn-like finger shot out to pierce Dark, but Dark's reflex acted to jump to the side, chopping ends of Dark's black hair. "Jeezas! You're going to DECAPITATE me?!"

A cold, contorted gaze from Shadow. "Die, you abomination!" He threw himself back at Dark with the shots of the black thorn, and Dark dodged by the shift of blue portals—safely maneuvering from the thorns within the thin slices of air.
