I preferred working at home rather than going to the office but sometimes I had no choice but to report in. I loved designing and making up new outfits. I wasn't really a fan of all the other stuff like contracts and conferences but they were a package deal so I had to be good at it all. My mother and grandfather had taught me well so I was as good at business as I was when it came to designing that's why I was always the best.

My building was located in the center of CBD which was perfect because it meant I got a lot of clients due to how busy it was. My building was eleven floors but I just used the first four floors and rented out the rest. The ground floor was for sales, the first floor was where all the assembling happened , the second floor was for my marketing and finance team and the third floor was for all the executives. I preferred a small and neat working place. I had other shops all around the country but this was the main branch. The rest were just for sales. Maybe I would branch outside country one day but for now I was happy where I was.

I was going through new designs for the kids collection I was about to release when my assistant came in. Yes I had an assistant but she usually worked with my COO since I was rarely at the office.

"Miss the surprise you ordered just arrived." She informed me making me jerk my head up.

Finally. I had been waiting all week.

"It's not out front is it?" I asked.

"No it's not. I'm just awaiting your orders on what to do next." She replied.

"Keep it where it is for now. Ill inform you when I need it." I requested and she nodded.

"Anything else?" She asked politely.

"None for now." I answered and she left my office with a polite nod.

I was so excited for what I had planned but David had to be here first which meant I had to call him. I grabbed my phone from the top of my desk before unlocking it and calling him. He picked up on the third ring.

"Hey Tiny, what's up?" He asked.

"Hey baby nothing much. What are you up to?"

"I'm actually in town to check out a printer for Elena. She's been bugging me about it all week."He explained.

"Oh okay. Are you almost done? Maybe you can come by and we can go have lunch together." I suggested hopefully.

It was almost lunch time so that was a good excuse to get him here.

"Umh yeah of course. I'll be there in about thirty minutes." He agreed.

"Okay just text me when you get to the lobby. You do know where my building is right."I asked innocently and he laughed. "Why are you laughing?" I asked.

"Nothing Tiny. I'll see you soon." He said and before I could interrogate him anymore about his laugh he hang up on me.

The nerve of that man. I resisted the urge to call him back and demand an explanation for his laugh and why he hang up on me so suddenly. I was acting crazy I know but he'd get an earful from me when he arrived.

I soon got back to work knowing David would arrive soon and I needed to get my work done because I wasn't sure if I'd be coming back here after my lunch with David.

It had been two weeks since our shopping spree and unfortunately we hadn't been back to the market. He'd been working both Sundays so it had been lazy Sunday for me. We couldn't go this Sunday either because we had plans. It was my grandfathers birthday. David honestly needed to get a better job. I didn't like his schedule of him working on the weekends. I had to talk to him about it.
