There are a lot of movies in the industry where they portray the process of moving on. Crying, ice cream tubs, rom-com movies, and especially drunk dialing. All of those are essential in depicting the perfect moving-on process. To think that your relationship was one you could only see at the end of those romance movies, is now the ones you see at the beginning of those films.
In Bakugou Katsuki's situation, there was no relationship. No crying, no ice cream tubs, no rom-com movies needed, and especially no drunk dialing. To move on from a relationship that didn't happen is an even harder situation.

"Did he really have to send me a fucking website on how to move on?" He shook his head, then hid his device in his right pocket. He arrived at Little Stars in the afternoon, a nervous look sits on his face when he stares at the glass doors dividing the lobby and the outside. "I'm here again... great..." He pushes the glass doors open and the girl– Fumiko – stands up to greet him.
"Hello! How can I help you?" She sent a kind smile his way. She was wearing a yellow cardigan while her big round glasses sits on the bridge of her nose.
So this is Fumiko... I've met her once when we visited here the first time. Never knew she was that important to Akimoto.
Bakugou sighs, approaching her counter. "Yeah... uh, Akimoto... she said something about the student-volunteer contract?"
Fumiko lights up. "Ah! I see, you're the Bakugou Katsuki I keep hearing from her?" She turns around to open a folder.
He tenses. "S-she talks about me!?" His cheeks go pink, then shakes his head, suppressing his wild emotions.
"You're all that she talks about, honey." She looks down again at the files on her table and gets his paper. "There you go," She hands it to him. "–sign at the bottom, then I'll give you your assigned sweater."
The teenager grabs the pen from the left side and lets the tip hover over the line between his name. "Sweater?"
"Yes! Class Saturn has yellow sweaters as their uniforms. The other classes, such as Mars and Neptune, wear red and blues respectively." She beams. "Oh! I almost forgot," Fumiko turns around and opens another drawer for a notepad. "–do you have a nickname the kids call you?"
"A nickname? For what?" He stands back up after signing the contract.
She spins around to face him and present to him the patch on the left side of her white blouse which was hiding under her yellow cardigan. "For the name patch. Everyone is required to have a name patch inside here. Remember when you and your friends visited the first time and had sticker name tags?"
