"Saba aapi... Rumi aapi what are you doing?" I was irritated because they both were torturing me by doing my makeup.
"Shut up!" Saba aapi scolded me. I must be the first bride to get scolding like this
"Why are you doing this much makeup?" I questioned. But my cousins ughh... they were so stubborn. Rumi aapi just ignored me and keep rubbing that soft brush on my eyelids. I was feeling like she wasn't doing my eyes makeup but intentionally tickling me.
"Maizah you're the first who don't want to groom," Saba aapi huffed and Rumi aapi nodded. I open my one eye to see the scene
"I don't wanna do that much makeup," I expressed my wish. what was the benefit of makeup when Eventually I had to remove that after some time
"Shut up Maizah" They both scolded me and continued that torture and soon "Aaaaaa..." a short scream left my mouth, because Saba aapi was combing my hair to make them into a bun but it was tangled.
"Maizah don't shout!"
"You both are literally torturing me" I complaint helplessly
"Usually girl wants to look beautiful on wedding, but she is an idiot" I silently listen what Saba aapi said and I noticed Rumi Aapi who was smiling and blushing without any reason.
"What happened to you? Why are you smiling?" I asked her but she shook her head with same beautiful shy smile
"It's hardly twenty days of her marriage she must be remembering her wedding! Right Rumi?" Saba asked mischievously and she nodded with a smile.
"Yeah."
"What your husband said when he saw you on wedding night?" Saba aapi asked and I was watching the blushing of Rumi aapi.
"Naail said that he is lucky to have me in his life. And he praised my beauty" Rumi aapi Narrated but my heart skipped a beat with the thought what would Anzala say after looking at me?
But to be honest, I had a good idea that Anzala's praising will be indigestible for me.
"Now our beautiful bride is looking perfect" I smiled at Saba Aapi's compliment. I was looking completely different, the smokey eyes makeup was giving a new look to me. I never expected that look
"You are lucky that you are getting a life partner whom you know since childhood" a small smile come to my lips when Rumi aapi said so but I was feeling something different too
I don't know the name of that feeling but actually I never expected to get married to Anzala that too so soon. We both were expecting only engagement but Dada abbu's health lead the marriage to be done...
"Anzala will forget to blink after watching you" Saba aapi said happily and Rumi aapi pinched my cheek with a nod, but I rolled my eyes.
"You both are saying as if Anzala hasn't see me yet." I again rolled my eyes, because I knew he won't praise me
After few minutes talk I picked my mobile and dialled Muskan's number to ask her why she was not with me on my wedding day? Rumi aapi and Saba aapi were still with me. The ring was going but she wasn't receiving my call.
"Rumi aapi Muskan is not answering my call, she hadn't even attended your marriage and now mine too" I informed sadly and called her again
"Hello" suddenly a manly voice come from other side
"Hello... Uncle where is Muskan?" I asked and listened my Musu cat's voice.
"Maizah congratulations"
