Two years had passed and both boys were now twenty. Karma was in his final year of university, he was still studying to be a lawyer and Nagisa was already an assassin as planned. There hadn't been any disturbances in the past two years and everything was actually going smoothly.

Nagisa and Karma were still together and now lived together though they weren't married or anything.

Nagisa had made quite a name for himself in the assassination business. He had many enemies but also many allies. He was at the top of his field, no one really knew his face but they all knew his name...they called him 'Debiru'. It meant devil, though he preferred 'Akuma' as it also meant devil but was closer translated to demon and as we know Nagisa has a very close relationship with a demon.

Anyways, aside from all of the assassin stuff Nagisa was still the same sweet boy he always was. He'd only grown about two inches and his hair was still fairly long, though it wasn't as long as it used to be. In the space of two years he'd manged to learn fluent English, Spanish and Mandarin as well as Japanese, which he already knew, of course.

*STEP* *STEP*

Nagisa heard the sound of shoes entering the house. Around, twenty seconds later a face who he'd been waiting for all day entered the room.

"Karma!!" Nagisa smiled, setting the tv remote down on the sofa next to him.

"Hey Nagi. What you been up to all day?"

"Just been waiting for you, I haven't had any good assassination requests for the past week so I'm leaving it all to my peers or underlings. I did clean up a bit though and I made dinner of course. I assumed you would be hungry after sitting in school studying all day."

Karma smiled. "You assumed right. Thanks baby, I'll eat soon but for now lets spend some time together."

Nagisa liked that idea and he made sure to get comfortable before Karma finished taking his blazer off to sit down with him.

"Sooo, wanna watch that series you're always begging me to watch with you?" Karma asked, stroking his fingers through Nagisa's hair as he allowed him to lean against him.

"The Emancipation Of Sir King?" Nagisa said, with a look of excitement.

"Yeah, that's the one."

Nagisa put the series on and they watched a few episodes before Nagisa heard Karma's stomach growl.

"You should eat." He said, pausing the programme.

"Awh, you heard that one? I'm so comfortable thoughhhh." Karma moaned.

Nagisa moved his head off of Karma's lap.

"Fineee." Karma said, getting up to grab his food.

"Bring me a plate too, please."

"I was going to, don't worry I know you well enough by now." Karma winked.

Nagisa blushed.

Once Karma re-entered the room he was holding two full plates in his hand. Nagisa resumed the show they were watching as they sat down, eating their food.

Everything was the same for the next few weeks and Nagisa was getting a bit bored staying home all day, Mika probably was too and he can't even get tired or bored.

*Zzzz*

Karma's phone vibrated on his desk.

"Mr Akabane, phone away." The professor of his class spoke.

"Sorry, sir." He said, putting his phone in his bag.

He saw the notification.

*I'm going out, might not be home when you come back. ~ Nagi*

Karma smiled at the phone.

*Okay, love you.*

*Love you too*

"Head up, Akabane." The professor said.

"Oh, oh. Sorry sir." Karma said, trying to hide the blush on his face.

"Anyways class..." He resumed.

In the meantime, Nagisa had already left the house. This was a big assassination, he was actually given the request three days ago but he didn't tell Karma yet because he wasn't sure if he was going to take it. It paid really well, that's if it was real. He got a lot of people that just either tried setting him up or testing his skills. Some of them even tried to take videos and pictures of him as no one knew his identity. All of those choices were very foolish and if someone did try that stuff Nagisa would kill them without hesitation.

The request was to assassinate an assassin. Someone had apparently scammed this assassin by the name of Ao and they were now after them so the person needed the assassin off there back and the only way to do that would to hire another assassin.

Nagisa didn't fully trust the contractor as if he scammed that assassin who says he won't scam Nagisa but then again it paid a lot and he had nothing to do at home so why not go for it.

He spent the passed three days locating this assassin and finding out where they ranked and what their security is like. It was unusually hard, there wasn't really any records of an assassin by the name of Ao. Nagisa wasn't sure of their exact identity but Ao meant blue so that could be a clue. Also he's the legendary assassin 'Debiru' - or 'Akuma' as he liked to call himself - so it wasn't hard for him to get a location and watch the security in the area.

He sent Karma one final text letting him know he would be turning his phone off just before he got on the train. After all he didn't want to be tracked by anyone.
