Human!Sayu x Reader

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well today! This oneshot marks as the 50th chapter/part in this book and I can't believe we made it this far honestly, but I couldn't be any happier than I am now. This oneshot was requested as a part 2 to the previous Sayu x Reader, this one being requested by the lovely Darkrainightmare123, so this will be just cute, couple things with the oh so loveable mermaid idol. Anyway, I've got nothing else to say, other than thank you all so so much for making this even reach 50 chapters/parts, so, I hope you enjoy reading this!

(Y/N)'s POV

"Ah! Sayu!" I gasp as I felt her body fall onto mine as she jumped onto my bed, yet she merely giggled and hugged me from above the covers,

"You know I really wish I had the boundless amounts of energy that you do cutie." I pout, gently pinching her rosy, pink cheek and she laughed a little, trying to shuffle away from my minuscule grasp,

"Aaaah! No stop!!" She pled, yet it was fake as her smile was still just as bright as before, if not brighter, 

"Mmmmm, I don't think I'm gonna." I said smirking, then rolled myself over onto my back and pinched both of her cheeks, only making her laugh some more, not long after I started laughing too.

Sayu finally got her laughter under control and pulled away my hands from her cheeks before interlocking hers with mine, pulling me up in my bed and hugged me, cuddling into my chest. I hug her back, giggles still rumbling in my throat as an aftermath of the laughter from only a few moments ago, I press a small kiss onto her cheek, resting my head onto her shoulder and stared into the wall of my room,

"Heeey!" Sayu said, pouting and looking up at me, "You missed!" She finished, her lips forming that cute kitten frown,

"I missed?" I ask confused, I'm pretty sure I didn't miss her cheek, then she pressed her lips onto mine, pink meshed with (S/C) perfectly.

Oh, so that's what she meant, hehe, we pulled away and our eyes fluttered open, and Sayu rested her face in the crook of my neck, the not visible blush on her face heating up that part, making tingles run to different parts of my body. I lay my head on top of hers, running my fingers through her snow-white locks, twirling the small strands of neon pink and yellow as my fingers went down, she returned the calming gesture, playing with the messy bun I put my hair in as if she was a cat and my hair was the yarn ball.

 In the now humble silence of my room, I could hear my delighted heart beating hard against my ribcage, it was kind of loud, to my ears at least, I thought that she would hear it from where she was until she shuffled around and rested her head onto my chest,

"Comfy..." She sighed happily, "And a happy heartbeat too...." She cooed, a chuckle resonating from my throat, I love that she could find happiness in practically anything, and even can fill anyone else with happiness as well, I'm assuming that's how I fell in love with her in the first place,

"Hey (Y/N)?" She asked, looking up at me with dreamy, turquoise eyes,

"Yes, Sayu?" I answered, looking down at her,

"Would you like to just, mmm, lay around today?" She said swaying her body side to side,

"That sounds nice but don't you have work today?" I ask her, a little worried,

"Shhhhh." She shushed me, putting a finger on my lips, and I gave her a pout while she gave me a mischievous grin, and a small staring contest ensued until I finally gave in,

"Fine, but you can't blame me if you get scolded at by your manager." I said ruffling her hair, as she shouted 'yes' then wriggled out of our position and started to run around the room, flailing her arms behind her.

I throw the covers off of my lower body, slipping myself off of the warm bed and walking over to my closet, easily dodging Sayu's running rally, opening the door then grabbing articles of clothing I picked out off of a whim and decided to wear them today. I laid them out on my bed and was in the middle of taking off my shirt when I remembered that Sayu was still in the room,

"Hey, uh, Sayu? Could you leave my room for a moment?" I asked, awkwardly blushing, 

"Shore thing!" She joked, making me let out a snicker as she was throwing me some finger guns as she walked out of my room and closed the door, allowing me to continue changing.

It took me a couple of minutes but once I was done I opened the door, with my dirty clothes in hand to go put in the basket in my laundry room, making my way to the said room I grasp and twist the brass knob, opening the door to a dark room. The light spilling in from the outside and shining on two metal machines and a cream-colored basket on top of the one closer to me, I tossed the clothes I had in my hand into the basket and left the room afterward. I walked down the hallway,

"Oh my god, you have Dance Dance Revolution?!!" I heard Sayu yell from the living room, making me almost jump out of my skin, then I walked a little faster and peered into the living room seeing Sayu gush about the said game in her hands,

"Yeah I do, I rarely play it though cause I'm all sore after playing for 2 hours straight..." I trailed off, rubbing the back of my neck,

"Awe, poor (Y/N)." She cooed, her bottom lip quivering a little,

"I'm fine don't worry, if anything it's my main exercise routine like every month, so I'm getting used to the soreness." I tried to reassure her,

"Mmm..." She hummed and stuck out her tongue, I could only imagine what she could be thinking of at the moment,

"Well, it wouldn't be a lazy day if we were playing this so," She paused, slipping the game back into the shelf along with other games I owned, "No DDR!" She exclaimed, her wild grin returning to her face, making me sigh in relief,

"Now!" She said clapping her hands, "lazy tiiime!!" She sang flopping face-first into the couch, swinging her legs like a lovestruck teenager, which is quite ironic for both of us, yet also not, 

"What do you suggest we do?" I ask my adorable girlfriend, playing with her ahoge as I leaned on the back of the couch, 

"Let's watch movies and cuddle!" She cheered, swinging her legs faster, making me giggle and go get a blanket for us, getting the biggest one I have from my closet and coming back to the living room.

I throw the blanket onto Sayu and she squealed then started to snuggle into the fluffy fabric, ushering me over to her when she saw me stalling and just standing next to the couch, moving over and giving me some room to join her under the blanket. I sit on the couch, hopping over to the blanket before shuffling into it, the blanket enveloping us with warmth and comfort, I grab the remote from the coffee table and wrap an arm around Sayu's waist.

She lays her head on my shoulder, watching the TV as I put on a random movie, although I made sure it was a heartwarming one before I snuggled with Sayu, she giggled as she pulled me in more. A few hours later, we had gone through the first movie, many missed calls on Sayu's behalf, and are on our second movie. I was invested in the movie until I felt a small poke on my cheek, making me look down towards Sayu, and she gave me a kiss on the lips,

"I love you, (Y/N)." She said happily, I smiled warmly and returned a kiss onto her lips,

"I love you too, my lovely idol." I said, laying my head on top of hers once more.

(A/N)-Have some good ol' fluff everyone! With the fluffy and not fluffy versions of the Halloween Special, I decided I should go for a more heartwarming and loving oneshot, just because Sayu loves to love and she's just an adorable character in general.
