He comes out of the bathroom wearing my clothes (I mean, duh, I let him borrow them), which is a bit weird for me, yeah. Especially when he kinda... pulls them off, though I guess he could really pull off anything...

The shirt is kinda big on him, but not majorly. Just the sleeves being too wide & the bottom hem reaching to his mid-thigh. The socks fit, as far as I can tell, which isn't that difficult, to be honest, & I have no idea if the underwear fits... God, why am I even thinking about that... I feel my face heat.

"What're you... looking at?" He asks shyly. "Does it... look okay?"

"Uh- yeah! I'm just- um- worried about the pants!" I laugh nervously & point at them, which are all the way down to the floor, which isn't surprising, given the height difference.

Ash laughs & blushes. "Haha, yeah!" He rolls them up absentmindedly. "I- might need a belt too..." He lifts up his shirt & shows how his waist is smaller than the jeans, leaving me thinking 2 things:

How can someone have even an attractive stomach?

I was right, I am much bigger than him

I got him a belt, & handed it to him. He quietly moved the belt through the loops, but when he finished, he put his shirt back down & looked up at me, & in all seriousness said: "Linh, I know what you're thinking- & no, just because my waist is smaller than yours, does not make me somehow better than you, or you somehow worse- you're amazing."

I blinked several times, my face heating, unsure of how to respond. "Um- thanks..." I ducked my head, then whipped it up & grinned like the complete idiot I am. Ash blushed.

"No prob... Just stating facts..." He did finger guns in my direction then headed for the door, & I followed close behind.

Time laps, my dudes :]

I drove Ash & me to an abandoned forested area & park on the side of the road, as he instructed. I had never been here before, & was very nervous. About the place, & meeting Ash's family. & the uncertainty of Ash's dad...

"Hey..." I clear my throat & look up at Ash, slightly taller from being higher up on the hill than me.

"Yeah?" He raises an eyebrow in my direction, his long dark hair whipping around his face in the wind, but he focuses on me.

"Uh- is your dad- uh- well... He won't get mad, right?" I look down at the grass, then back up nervously, playing with my fingers absentmindedly.

Ash's expression softens & he smiles sadly at me, before looking forward toward the top of the hill beyond. "No... well- he might get a little mad initially... but he'll probably calm down eventually. & he won't hurt us... He isn't 1 to resort to physical violence..."

I nod & keep walking up the crest of the hill, next to Ash. "Ok... if you say so..."

Time laps... :]

When we make it to the top, Ash looks around uncertainly, & in my nervousness, I hide behind him for protection, though it does look a little ridiculous, seeing as my head is above his, so I'm really just standing behind him, not so much hiding.

He sniffs the air uncertainly & shakes his head to the side, sending his hair flying into my face. I sputter.

"Oh." His eyes widen & he turns back around toward me. "Sorry... You ok?"

I laugh nervously. "Yeah, but you should really be more careful how you move your head..."

He chuckles, his face reddening slightly before turning back toward the line of trees.
