45. Don't Piss Of Mama Bear

My mates blinked at me in shock before composing themselves quickly. "Yes carrisma I believe we do. This calls for War" Caius said suddenly falling straight back into his warrior ways. "This is more than war, we have traitors within the guard. Who knows how many others there are?" I said as I paced the room coming up with ideas in my head. All three of them growled at the thought of traitors. "That is what confuses me mi amore, I can not see any traitors with my bond sight. In the past I was able to discern traitors before it became this much of an issue but now I can see none" Marcus said sitting down on the couch with a huff. I nodded and continued to pace "we question Rayel and Hayden then we gather the entire guard and Aro goes through each one's thoughts. I am not taking another chance with my children, if they have a problem have Chelsea strengthen their loyalties" I said with a cold detachment that seemed to shock my mates.

When the kings saw their mate wanting to kill it threw them off but didn't shock them given the circumstances. When she talked about using Chelsea against the guard they were completely shocked to their core. Their little mate had previously condemned the use of it to gain loyalties and now the same woman is standing in front of them ready to do anything to protect her children. She looked at their shocked faces with confusion "what?" she asked, her tone becoming slightly more high pitched. "We just never knew you had this inside you" Marcus said, giving her a look between adoration and absolute terror.

When I had seen the looks on their faces I was a bit concerned but I asked anyway. The answer I was given was not what I expected. I raised an eyebrow and gave them a dark smirk "oh honey I have always had this darkness inside me. I'm the sweetest bitch you'll ever meet until you threaten the people I love, then I would burn the world down. Come on, why are you so shocked? I am your queen, there has to be some darkness here. I don't know how many times I will have to say it but I am not a delicate flower. I am a badass bitch, but that doesn't mean I can't be kind as well. My kindness balances you but that doesn't mean I wouldn't happily slaughter everyone on this idiotic planet to see you and my children safe" I said with determination in my voice.

"We did not know we could fall any more in love with you cara mia but I find that you prove that wrong every day" Aro said bringing my face into his hands before giving me a searing kiss. After we had kissed for a minute I pulled away and looked at my other mates. "You truly are meant to be ours, carrisma" Caius said before giving me a kiss as well. After I pulled away from him I walked to Marcus and gave him a kiss before he could say anything. "We will cherish you always. This new side of you just makes you all the more perfect" Marcus said after we pulled away from each other. That's how I spent the next hour planning and cuddling with my mates before getting back to business.

Bella came and knocked on our door. I answered after smelling that it was her and Charlie as well as Josh. I let them in hesitantly and sat down next to Caius. "Are the kids ok" Bella asked right away with concern in her voice. "Yes they're fine. I'm sorry to do this and I don't think any of you are not loyal but if we didn't also demand this of you it would look very bad when we demand it of everyone else so I will ask you to let Aro into your minds before we leave you with the kids. We need to go and handle this situation and we are trusting you to protect them while we are away but I need this after what just happened" I explained trying not to make anyone angry but also not really caring about their feelings on the matter. Charlie immediately offered Aro his hand and Josh followed. Bella looked a little uncomfortable "I don't think I can turn my shield off. I've tried but I've never been able to turn it off" Bella explained. I gave her a small smile "its fine I trusted you three anyways but we cant be seen to give special treatment. You were there Bella, I trust you" I said, giving her a hug before we left the kids with them after checking in on them one more time.

Once we made it to the throne room we saw the twins ordering people around. I immediately walked up to them and brought them into my arms "are you both okay?" I asked while checking them over. "Yes mother are the children doing okay?" Alec asked before Jane said "is Octavian awake?". I smiled at them reassuringly "yes to both, the kids are asleep upstairs with Bella Charlie and Josh watching them" I said before pulling away putting back on my queen crown after putting away my mother crown. We have been over this. I wear crowns not hats. I thought to myself being the weirdo I am. "I want every guard member assembled in the training room in one hour. Right now we want to question the prisoners, have they reassembled yet?" Aro asked, being all serious king mode. "We have already called for the assembly of all guard members and we will inform them of the meeting in one hour master Aro" Jane said nodding her head. "The prisoners are half way assembled, master Aro, plenty for you to question them" Alec said before nodding like his sister. Well let there living hell begin

What do u think? She is definitely not taking shit from anyone at this point and I am loving writing it. If you guys like the theme of this book i wrote another that is like this one but she goes everywhere to different shows and fixes shit. It's full of sarcastic badassery so if you're interested give it a look.

P.s sorry for the late update i am haveing some writers block and if there is anything you guys want to suggest for futer scenes or things you would like to see i would definitely take them all into consideration (not garenteeing anything since it might not fit with the story but I'll try) let me know I am very interested to see what you would like for me to do in the future.
