The choice
"What the fuck ,Reede wait ",I say after a brief moment of shock but he's already gone.
I'm about to run after him but Ryan holds me back.
"Don't worry, I'll talk to him",he says and pecks me before leaving.
*Ryan's pov*
I ran after Reede and finally caught up to him at the last minute before he could close his door. I entered his room and shut the door. Immediately I turned to face him ,he hit me square across the jaw.
"I guess I deserve that ", I say chuckling as I place my hand on my dislocated jaw. Shit that hurt
"You think this is so funny right? Well screw you Burns ",he says and opens a box filled with clothes and begins to throw more clothes inside .
"What in God's name are you doing?",I ask confused
"As you can see I'm packing . I don't see the use of being here for even one more day when Amy's chosen you . I'll just go",he says and I can't help but burst out laughing
"If not because I consider you my friend and because of your modelling career , I'd have disfigured your face",he says looking the scariest I've probably ever seen him", Reede says
I clear my throat
"What I mean is that Amy and I are just friends. I don't want you to leave without talking to her because you think we're together",I say
"But I saw you guys ...",he says before I cut him off
"She chose you Reede ,not me . Get that through your head . Besides I'm kinda in love with Bianca",I say the last part fast
"You what?",he asks even though I'm pretty sure he heard me .
"I fell in love with Bianca. Unintentionally but unrepentantly",I say
He bursts out laughing
"Have you told her?",he asks
"No,I mean do you think she'll want me back after what I did ?,I say
"Yes, I see the way she is with you. You changed her without even knowing it. She's happier with you than she was with Josh. And she was very happy with Josh,so it's left for you to decide if and when you'll talk to her ",he says
"Ok , fine. I'll talk to her . But I want you to talk to Amy . She really cares about you",I say and we hug before I leave.
I head back down to meet Amy so she calms down.
"Hey ",I say and she runs towards me
"What did he say?",she asks looking apprehensive.
"I'm sorry A, I'm sure there's a better guy out there for you",I say and she looks like she's about to burst into tears
Wow!
"Hey,hey I'm kidding",I say and she pushes me.
"Why the hell will you joke about that", she says laughing
"I thought you needed a little humour", I say and we both laugh
"So , Can I go see him now?",she asks after a few minutes.
"I think it'd be best if you guys talk at the ball. Just make sure you look really pretty tonight and just let him take a breath to clear his head",I say and turn to leave but she pulls me into a bear hug .
"Thank you",she says meaning it in a thousand different ways
"No, thank you",I say and peck her forehead before leaving.
