The one with the Burrow

In the morning I quietly get up and dress before grabbing my suitcase and going downstairs to the kitchen. Narcissa's drinking a cup of coffee when I go in.

"Well thank you again for the stay, it was fun" I say

"Take a muffin or two for the road," She says, holding out a tray full of chocolate chip muffins.

I grab three and put them in a bag before grabbing my suitcase and walking to the door.

"Tell Malfoy I said goodbye and thank him for me" I say before walking out to the car at the end of the driveway.

"Where to?" The driver asks

"Ottery st. catchpole" I say

It was a fairly long drive but it only cost three sickles and I gave the driver an extra two

"Thank you merry christmas" I say getting out

"Are you sure I can't drive you further, there are no houses yet" The driver says

"Oh no, I'll walk thank you" I say, picking up my suitcase and walking away.

I pass a larger looking house and see a man and a teenage boy in the yard.

"Morning Mister Diggory, Cedric" I say waving from the street

"Merlin's beard, You must be Elissabeth Potter, Yes?" He asks walking towards the fence

"That's correct. It's a pleasure to meet you" I say walking towards him to shake his hand

"Cedric, my boy come say hello" Mister Diggory yells at Cedric

He walks over and shakes my hand.

"Where 'ya headed dearie?" Mister diggory asks

"The Burrow, I'm spending Christmas with the weasleys" I say

"Aren't you dating Malfoy?" Cedric asks

"Not anymore, We broke up. I actually just came from his house, His mum is quite lovely" I answer

"Sorry to hear that. You head on over to the Burrow before you freeze to death" Mister Diggory says

"Yes sir. Bye Cedric" I say before walking away

I keep walking and pass the lovegoods. I don't see anyone so I just stop and Leave a container of cookies with a note in the mailbox for Luna to find later and keep walking towards the burrow. I reach the end of the driveway and see a wonderfully crooked house.

"Hello, anyone home?" I ask, going in and closing the door.

I take my boots off and set my suitcase down before walking around.

"Anyone here?" I ask before going into the kitchen to find Molly

"Lissabeth Darling, so good to see you, how are you?" She asks

"I'm good. Where is everyone?" I ask

"Still asleep, Are you hungry?" She asks

"Starving. Where is Arthur?" I respond

"In his study top of the stairs on the left" Molly says

"Thanks mumsie" I say walking upstairs quietly.

I knock on the doorframe of the study before going in. Arthur looks at me and smiles

"When did you get here?" He asks motioning for me to come in and sit.

"Just know. I wanted to talk about something with you" I say looking at him

"Anything" Arthur says looking at me seriously

"Well we have to decide what we want to study and I've been thinking. I want to study Muggles with the ministry" I say

"Really?" He asks

"Yeah, I mean I live in the muggle world so I know some things but the people are truly interesting" I answer

"That's lovely. Good for you. Have you told Fred yet?" He asks

"I will, Thanks Arthur" I say before getting up and going downstairs. Ginny, Hermione, Ron and Harry are sitting at the table still half asleep when I come down.

"Well don't you just look lovely" I say smiling as I walk in the room.

Ginny and Hermione get up and give me hugs before Molly brings the food out. I ruffle Harry and Ron's hair

"MUM, Is Libby here yet?" Fred yells from the top of the stairs.

I go stand under the railing and look up at him

"I believe she is" I say holding up the chocolate chip muffin I brought

He and George run down the stairs and Fred picks me and spins me around. I wrap my legs around his waist and he kisses me in front of everyone. He puts me down and I hand him his muffin as he sits down
