Chapter 6: Mi amor

Jayviee's POV

I lock myself up to my room and realize everything I did. I sighed and I feel so hopeless about it.

"Jayviee~ someone is here to see you" my mother knock on my door but I did not mind

"Jayviee" A soft voice from behind spoke

Sunoo??

I turned around and saw him shining. He literally lit up the whole room with just his smile.

"Yah~ don't do that... Deunooo~ is sad" he pouted and did an aegyo "that didn't work.. hmm.. hana deul set! Niga neomo joha, ottoke ottoke. Niga neomu yeppeo, ottoke ottoke."

He was trying his best to make me smile with his cute aegyo acts and he succeeded, just watching him makes me forget everything.

"Narang manna bollae... eotteohke saenggakhae?... janmal malgo malhae... jeohdago jeohdago" he smiled and look at me again "success!!!" He said and approached me

"You win... I'll call you "my aegyo prince" now" I joked and he suddenly liked it, which made me even more puzzled "is there anything wrong that I said?" I raised my brows

"No... I just like everything you tell me" he winked

"You know that I don't like sweet talkers right?" I crossed my hands

"About what happened earlier" he started

"He told you that?? Since when did you both have been friends?" I was trying to change the topic but I failed

"Yah! Don't change the topic... you must have seen Jaemin. She was just actually a close friend to Sunghoon. She was always there when Sunghoon was depressed and almost commit suicide after you left... they were just friends, don't misunderstand" he said

"Hmm... you don't need to cover up for him. His smiles weren't fake when she is with him, he feels so comfortable around her. So... it's okay, just by hearing the story I am ashamed of myself" I hide my face from him

"Actually... he gave up on being a figure skater after you left. He was depressed and lock himself up into his room with just nothing to eat and just lying around in his bed. He was tagged with an attempted suicide by cutting his wrist and almost jumped into a tall building. All he has was Jaemin, because of her, she stopped him from jumping off the building... because of her, he was convinced to join an entertainment industry" he stated

"That's why I am so thankful about it and I am embarrassed by myself... I shouldn't have returned here" I told him "I joined the industry because I want to see him every day and be at his level... but I am wrong... I was too late to show myself to him" I sighed

"Let's just forget about everything okay?... past is past! And you still have me" he again winked

"Yeah... I still have a good friend like you and it makes me feel so thankful that I have you... my friend" I smiled

"I will go now... I just drop by here because it hurts me to hear from eommonie that you are having a hard time... I want to be your sunshine Jayviee" he smiled and walk out the door

"We should exchange numbers... I lost my old phone when I am in Paris so I can't contact you so often" I told him and we really did exchange our numbers

"Let's get in touch," he said and left

Later on, I received a message

"Miss Lee... please report to the company tomorrow. We have some important matters to discuss. Please do bring your mom because we will be having a good chat to her"

"Why?... Do they want me to back out??" I talked to myself but my mom heard it

"Let's just have positive thoughts... positive thoughts Jayviee" she said as she constantly brushes my thick hair.

"Should I just go back to Paris and continue ballet eomma?" I asked her

"I will not be a huge brick to block you from achieving what you really love. If you are happy with it... then I am so happy with every decision that you make because you know what is best for your future, you are old enough to make your own decisions" she said

We went to the company as early as we can and approach the quarters where they want us to talk

"Miss Lee~ please enter.. wait here for a moment our CEO is in a meeting," he said and prepared some coffees to drink

Our eyes wandered around the huge elegant room and suddenly the door went banging around

"Miss Lee... I am glad to see you again" he said and shake my hands

I feel so nervous... he sat down in front of me and my mother grabbed my hand

"Out of thousands of people all around the world who auditioned... hmm.  How should I say this?... you stand out" he said

"What?!" I was shocked that suddenly stood up

"I was actually thinking of inserting you to the new girl group that will be debuting next month--"

"What?!!" I think I am having a heart attack.. I can hardly breathe because of the sudden change of mind

"Well if you don't want to the--"

"I think my daughter would really love to accept your wonderful offer," my mom said and smiled from ear to ear as she saw me being paralyzed here

"Miss Lee... is everything alright?" He again asked

"Oh~ umm yes.. everything is marvelous" I smiled

"Then you will be moving to the dorms tomorrow... a van will pick you up at your house early morning so please be ready," he said "I just find you special and different in many ways so please don't be stunned about my offer... you can just say n--"

"I really would love to do that sir," I told him and quickly signed the paper... my mother also did the same thing

"See you tomorrow miss Lee," they all said and left the room

"Should we celebrate??" My mom said looking straight into my eyes and I agreed
