Chapter 36: Meet The Parents

I knock on the door and waited for my mom to open it. As soon as she opened the door I saw a very familiar place inside, it was my Dad.

"Mom... I thou---"

"I am sorry to be here, I am just passing by the neighborhood and I thought it would be nice to visit you and your mother" my Dad said

"ohh okay... Be safe on your way" I told him as I smiled blankly

"Mom... Sunghoon wants to invite us in their house. Get dress and let's go" I told her

He didn't even ask how I am doing lately

"By the way, Mr. Lee? You should join us" Sunghoon said

"What are you doing?" I whispered to him

"It is your parents meeting my parents" he whispered "he's your dad after all"

"Yeah but it will going to be awkward if he's around" I again whispered to him

"Then I can't turn down your offer" My father said

"Can't you just ignore us like you always do?" I look at him and I felt Sunghoon was holding me

"Don't my her abeonim... You are always invited in our home" Sunghoon told him

"Let's go" My mom said and Sunghoon just pulled me

"Don't be so mad of your father... It's okay if you forgive him too" Sunghoon told me

"He has a new family and a six year old daughter. He must protect her well since I don't want her to experience what he did to us" I told him

"Just calm down" Sunghoon told me.

We walked to their house and when we reached their place. Sunghoon was about to open the door but her sister opened it

"Are you spying on us?" Sunghoon commented

"What are you talking about? Mom was just telling me to get some soda at the grocery store" She said and quickly ran away

"Eomma~~ we're here" Sunghoon said as he was holding my hand

"Are you okay now Jayviee?" She said as she comes closer and hold my hand

"I'm absolutely healthy eommonim~ Sunghoon took care of me" I told her

"Ohhh helooo.. Please come in" his mother said as he saw my parents

"Shouldn't you two go back since you are all over the news and it is dangerous to go outside without a guard?" His father asked

"Abeoji~~ We took a vacation for today, aren't you happy that I am back with my lover?" Sunghoon said and it made me blush

"You're that ballet girl right?" Sunghoon's father asked

"Yes" I responded

"Did you want us to meet her and her parents because you have something to tell us? Or you have another reason?" his father asked us again

"To tell you the truth father. Jayviee and I are having - - - - -" his mother stopped him from talking and my parent's expressions were a bit in shock.

"You are too young to have that, your careers will be destroy---" Sunghoon quickly stopped her from talking further

"Eomma... You misunderstood us" Sunghoon was laughing

"We might not be able to meet you occasionally because of our schedules but we wanted our parents to meet each other so that both families will be ready in the future" Sunghoon said

Everyone was flustered because of what he said.

"Are you telling them that we might really end up in the future?" I asked him

"I am just making sure of it because once you are in my grip... You will never escape ever again" he said and smirked

"Don't rush things out okay?" my parents told us

"We are not rushing... We're just making sure of it" Sunghoon replied and smiled from ear to ear

I just can't cope up with his confidence

"That's my son right there" his father said and we were just laughing

"You really are just like your dad" his mother said

We chat each other for a long time and until we ate for dinner. His parents were very caring towards me and just like how my mom puts a lot of meet on Sunghoon's spoon.

"How come you won't put something on my spoon?" I whispered to my mom and she just giggled

She was about to put meat on my spoon but Sunghoon's mother put a big chunk of meat on my spoon, full of rice.

"That's why" my mother whispered.

After a long day, we bid our farewells from each other and as soon as I see my dad off and my mom went inside the house. Sunghoon and I were about to go back to the hospital.

"Let's just stay like this forever" Sunghoon said as he took my hand and put it inside his coat's pocket

"Let's check some updates from our managers... Manager Lee must be worried sick about me" I told him and turned on my cellphone, he did the same thing.

As soon as we turned it on, both of us received dozens of messages. When Sunghoon looked at the pictures Jake sent to him he was laughing.

"Why?" I asked

"Jungwon got busted... Our manager was scolding every member but as soon as your manager pulled the blankets... He was shocked to see Jungwon lying in the bed instead of you" he said

I looked at my phone and received a call from my manager.

"Hello?" I started

"Yahhh!!!" she shouted which made me extend my arms away from my ears

"Where are you?!!" she was really angry

"I am here.. Walking by the streets. Why?" I asked her

"Did you fully cov---"

"Don't worry... Don't worry... We--- I mean I am wearing an overall cover up theme" I told her

"You better get home quickly or I will post online that you're missing" she demanded

"Yes manager Lee" I told her and end the call

"I guess I'll be receiving a whole day sermon from my manager" I told him and we just laughed.

I will stay beside you until we reach your doem" he said

It was a bit hard since we immediately saw paparazzi waiting in front of the place we are in.

"Let's just take the emergency exit route" I told him and he agreed.

We ran towards the exit route of the building and I think no one caught a picture of us.

As soon as we reached it in front of the dorm.

"You should go... My manager is in here waiting for me" I told him

"okay... Be careful" he whispered and it just made me giggle

"Manager Lee is nice you know" I told him but as soon as he was leaving..

My door opened and it made my eyes widened, "Where are you going? You should come inside too and let's talk" they said
