Chapter 3: All I can see is you

Sunghoon's POV

I stood here at the front gate waiting for my manager to come with the car, he's not replying to my messages and even my calls so I just waited for him

A girl was walking in, wearing a white cap, and a mask. I am not quite sure but I felt like I was delighted to see her

She stood in the gate and just looking at me

Why?? Is she a fan?? Does she recognize me?

I saw the car was heading in our direction and she was not moving. I approached her and pulled her aside

"Please be careful and don't just stand there, what if you got hit by a car," I told her and she just bowed not minding to answer me

"What are you doing Sunghoon? Come in~" my manager said and I just followed his order

I ended up in school because I want to say hi to my teammates and have a little get together. When I set foot in this school it reminded me more about what happened years ago... those happy memories I am holding on to. I took a stroll around the place and ends up at the theater. I entered the theater hoping to hear news about Jayviee but neither of them doesn't know how she's doing

I think I have gone mad though. I look outside again and that girl, why do I feel so happy, so relieved? Looking at her back as she walks away, it is familiar with Jayviee's. I want to ask the manager to turn the car around but he refused

Jayviee's POV

That was close... I almost had a heart attack

I hesitated to go any further but it's my friends we are talking to... so why not? I quickly walk towards the theater and everyone welcomed me with a hug and smiles.

My instructor slowly approaches me and he also did give me a warm welcome. "I miss my ace so much... so how was it?" He asked me

"Well... it's good... great and I injured my feet every practice" I shared with him and he just pats my head and said that I did well and did the best of my abilities

"By the way... do you remember that guy?" They asked

"Who?" I just replied even though I knew who they are talking about

"You know... the one who always visit you h--"

"Ahh, ~ Sunghoon? Why??" I replied and they look at me clueless

"You really don't know? Or you are just pretending not to?" They said and suddenly they sighed "he became a hotshot now..."

"Ohh.. is that it?? Okay" I replied coldly

They find me cold after the years past and after that, our instructor treats all of us at a dinner party. He even told us to keep our mouth shut because he will be put into trouble after a word spread out because of this

I enjoyed it until the last moment where we say goodbye to each other.

After that, I sighed and walk alone by myself when someone in coverall clothes grabs me and entered a private van

Am I getting kidnapped?? I don't even have that much money if it is really true, the situation I am thinking

"Please don't do this... my family is poor so we can't give you a lot of money... Please" I keep my head low and was shaking because of fear

"Wah! It's really true?? Jayviee you're back!!!!" He said excitedly

"Wh--who are you?" I look at him but I can't recognize who this person is.. but when I look straight in his eyes. I know who he is, with those Phoenix eyes of his

"Is that you, Sunoo??" I asked and he took off his mask, his hoit and hat

"You're so quick witted... how can you easily recognize me in that outfit," he said and smiled "Yeah ~ Jayviee... I missed you," he said and spread his arms.

I responded with a hug "You're famous now... and I think idols have a tight schedule and you are here? Hanging out in the middle of the night" I nagged

"Look who's talking... why is a woman alone in the middle of the night. It's dangerous, I don't like that" he said as he crossed his arms pretending to be mad

"You might be caught in a dating scandal... are you not afraid?" I asked him

"It's okay... no one can see with the windows all-black," he said and smiled "so how was it?"

"Paris?... it is elegant and very professional but I like here more than abroad" I replied

"But I heard Paris is more beautiful than Seoul," he said

"Aist.. enough with that... hmm.. How did you know?---- that I came back?" I look at him sharply in the eyes

"That's a secret," he said but later on because I kept silent he told me "your Mom actually notified me that you came back a week ago... and not to mention that I saw at the company," he said and relaxed his hand

"You saw me at the company?? Yah... I was playing safe not to get caught but you were the first one who noticed me" I told him and punched him

"You?? Hiding?? How can a familiar body and posture not be recognized by her ballet partner" he said and winked "what are you doing there, by chance?" He asked

"Me??.. uhmm.. I wa--"

"Don't tell me you applied for the I-Land girl version for next year?" He suddenly said and I stood quiet

"You did... you did apply for it didn't you?" He sighed "You're crazy!!! Sunghoon is there and you... did you apply? Why??" He was literally mad at me

"I just want to prove to my mom that I can also do what I want to do with my life" I replied and that hit him so I passed!

"Okay... I am rooting for you" he said, "I will give you a ride to your place then?"

"It's okay... I actually enjoyed walking alone in the middle of the night" I replied "It calms my nerves so you know.~~" I smiled

"I can't force you though," he said "but please be careful" he gave me a hug again and Lastly he said farewell and "Let's meet at the company soon"

"Sure"

I got off of the car and waved.. I just realize that I feel empty and sad as I walk in the streets alone until I reached home
