Paralysis called a meeting to the outside, standing on a patch of grass. The others came in confusion, standing in a rough, spread apart circle.

"So," Paralysis started, pointing a hand to the sword he had gifted Dream in the middle of their circle. "Who broke it?"

"I'm not mad, I just want to know," he continued, confusing the rest of them considering this was a gift to Dream.

They stood around, looking at each other in worry, confusion apparent, before Hivemind stepped up.

"I did," Hive said told Pary. "I broke it Par-"

"No, no you didn't," Pary replied. "Banshee?"

"Don't look at me," Bane stated. "Look at Toxicosis."

"What?" Toxi exclaimed, on edge. "I didn't break it!"

"hUh, that's weird," Bane said, flooding his wings. "How'd you even know it was broken?"

"Because it's sitting right in front of us, and it's broken," Toxi argued, annoyed at being accused.

Suspicious, Bane sneered mentally.

"No, it's not!" Toxi growled at him.

"I-if it matters," Cerulean popped in to stop the two from fighting. "Archie walked past your house earlier."

"Liar, I have no use for Dream's sword," Archie argued in his calm way.

"Oh really? Then what were you doing hanging around earlier?" Ceru shot back.

"A member of this crew can't just hang around out in the open?" Archie asked, getting annoyed. "Thought we had fReEdOm Cerulean."

"Okay, okay, let's not fight," Hive stuck in. "I broke it, let me see if I can help it, Paralysis."

"No," Pary told them firmly. "Who broke it?"

"Paralysis," Toxi murmured softly. "Halcyon's been awfully quiet."

"Really?!" Hal yelled.

"Yeah really!" Toxi said.

All the latchers, fed up with further accusations, started yelling at each other, some getting dangerously close to breaking out in a bloody skirmish.

Pary walked away out of the circle slowly with a smirk and going to Dream, who sat and watched the whole thing.

Dream looked at him in confusion as Pary started wheezing, standing next to Dream and looking at the arguing latchers.

"It was a fake," Pary told him. "It was sitting on our table for some reason so I used it."

"I predict 10 minutes from now they'll have some bloody faces and missing scales," Pary stated, glancing down at Dream.

"Good," Pary said. "It was getting a little boring around here."
