Merlin huffed in annoyance, and wrapped the bandage around the wound again. The cloth kept on sliding off, staining red everywhere around his left arm. He had gotten the wound from one of Morgana's knives, when he encountered her while collecting herbs for Gaius. He had only made it out alive because or an 'accidental' branch fell and knocked the witch out.

He tightened the cloth again, and debated calling Gaius for help. The old man would probably freak out.

The bandage slipped again, causing his bloodstained fingers to dig in the wound. "Ah!" He grit his teeth together. Gaius would know what to do.

"Gaius?" He called out, staggering up to the door of his bedroom. "Gaius I need-"

The words on his tongue disappeared as golden light flew up and engulfed him.

The roll of bandages fell on the floor of the empty room.

Merlin opened his eyes to (surprise!) a dark cave filled with glowing ghostly torches, spreading the soft yellow light over the faces of the other victims.

"Arthur?" Merlin freaked, looking at the faces of his friends. Gwen shifted up first, blinking. "What?" She muttered inspecting the deep lines on the edges of the walls. Arthur got up quickly, and reached for his sword. Luckily it was still there. Gwaine helped Leon up, who helped Mordred, who shot Merlin a worried glance. Merlin remembered the wound as he looked at the knights confused faces, he grabbed his left arm, as if to conceal the red blood dripping all over. He turned around to see if the bandages fell with him, but no luck. But, luck did give him the witch that made the wound.

"Morgana." Arthur whispered, like her name was a curse. The witch snapped her head up, eyeing them all. "Sup." Gwaine declared in the silence of the cave. Leon slapped him on the arm. Morgana stood shakily, rubbing her bruised cheek. Clearly the fall had not been good on her.

"Where are we? More importantly, Merlin, why is your arm bleeding?" Arthur asked.

Morgana and Merlin answered at the same time.

"I tripped." "I stabbed him." They looked at each other.

"Uh." Gwaine looked at the two of them. "Awkward."

Arthur sighed. "Merlin, what happened."

Merlin bit his lip. "Uh, I was collecting herbs and, uh, I tripped on a rock." Morgana rolled her eyes. "I have the knife. You can still see the blood." She searched her pockets. "Huh? It was-WHERE'D MY KNIVES GO?!"

A new voice cleared their throat, and they all turned to...

"Lance?" Merlin whispered, looking at the ghost of his dead friend.

Lancelot nodded. "Hi everyone. I'm still dead, but I decided to pay a visit." He met Merlin eyes and grinned. "I'm here to speed up destiny or something-Freya sent me here."

Of course she did.

The knight nodded, as if that explained everything. "Ok, so I'm gonna show you some pictures. Of you guys. Except it's art." Lancelot wiped his brow. "Okay I suck at this. Um, I'll start, as soon a as you guys give the OK sign." He looked at Arthur, who was still stunned by the knight's appearance. "Ok!" Gwaine shouted. Leon glared at him. Morgana shrugged. "As long as I'm getting out of here." Mordred nodded excitedly. Gwen looked at Arthur, then nodded. Arthur sighed and nodded as well. Leon shrugged. They all turned to Merlin. "When you say destiny do you mean-" "MERLIN!" Arthur interrupted. Merlin sighed. "Okay."
