five hours with draco malfoy; pt.2

Part fifteen

THE FIRST TO ARRIVE at the Leaky Cauldron that night were Blaise, Pansy, Draco and Daphne. Everyone was nervous, they had to admit it.
Blaise and Pansy had not seen her yet and Daphne was nervous about meeting the so-called and well-known Annelisse.

Her doubts had not been assuaged but Draco told her about Albert, who still believed he was Annelisse's boyfriend -who had not denied it either since she preferred it to be that way, believing that this way everything would be easier and not so complicated or confusing.

"I'm still a bit upset that you didn't tell us before." Pansy commented, taking a drink from her glass and looking at Draco with a slight annoyance in her gaze.

"It's complicated, Pans. I already told you, but please, let's not talk about it anymore, Mittie and I promised her that we wouldn't talk about it. She's back and that's all." He turned his gaze to Daphne, who was listening quietly to the conversation, still somewhat unsure. Draco noticed and smiled at her just before letting a kiss on Daphne's lips, who then smiled at him.

"Annelisse!" Pansy said out loud, causing everyone to turn to look. All of them saw Annelisse, Albert and Mittie coming towards them with big smiles on their faces. Quickly, she got up to greet her after so long.

Both were instantly merged into a big hug. Annelisse was overwhelmed by the sensation and, how could she not feel like this? She saw all of her friends again after an eternal five years, was finally with them again.

"Oh my gosh, I can't believe it yet." Pansy said pulling away from her to look at Annelisse. She took her face in her hands, watching her face, her features "You're the same." They were both smiling broadly, full of joy.

"She's older and uglier." Blaise burst in, jokingly, as he approached them, who laughed at his comment "Annie!" He added excitedly just before hugging her tightly.

"Blaise." Annelisse said after that hug, still surprised to see him "I can't believe Pansy has put up with you so long." Said, returning the joke.

"Nor I." Pansy commented rolling her eyes.

"She loves me even though she doesn't admit it." He said softly towards Annelisse, to which she laughed.

"I've missed you so much, guys." She said in a sigh but with a big smile on her face, still not believing this moment.

"Hey, hey, I've missed you too." Mittie burst in, drawing their attention.

"Oh my God, I'm sorry. With the excitement of the moment I forgot to introduce you." Annelisse turned to Albert and pulled him towards her "Pansy, Blaise, this is Albert. "

After a brief introduction between all of them, they all turned their attention to Draco and Daphne, who were still sitting, observing the scene. Annelisse and Albert approached them and they rose from their seats to say hello.

"Draco." Albert said holding out his hand.

"Albert." He said dryly, taking his hand and shaking it.

"Daphne, right?" Annelisse said, approaching her unsure, as did the other. They had both dreaded this moment and were truly misplaced, not quite sure what to do or say.

"Yes." She answered nervously. They both kissed each other on the cheek in greeting and smiled "I wanted to meet you."

"Me too." Annelisse said smiling politely. For both, the situation was somewhat uncomfortable, although after those previous Margaritas, that would not last long.

"Well let's all sit down!" Mittie said clapping her hands "Now we'll catch up."

They all did exactly that and sat at the table. Ordered some drinks and some food to spend the evening. At first, everything was a little strange and how not to be, they had not seen each other for a long time, Annelisse could not be completely honest with them even if she wanted to and that, bothered her a bit.
