Aramis

This poem is for my friend aramislover. I told her I would write a poem about her and her horse and well here it is.

Just a few seconds

Sitting in western

On this gentle beast

Aramis

Seems like the world

Is slowing down

And it feels like hours

Have past by

When its only

Aramis

And me

We are two souls

That were fused

Into one

The first time

I saw him

Aramis

Strong but weak

Outgoing but shy

Old but young

Fast but slow

Tall but gentle

Aramis

Just seeing

His eyes

I can tell

That he has a special

Bond with his owner

Who loves her baby

Aramis

That connection

Is forever

And he will always remember her

Gentle pettings and kisses

And she will never forget his

Crooked feet and how he wont listen to anyone else

Aramis

He was definitely

My guardian angel

My "moose man"

My horse

My Aramis
