A boy and his mother sit down at a table and begin having dinner.
"When is Daddy coming home?"
"I don't know. I think he got caught up at work."
"Why is he so mad all of the time?"
"He is just stressed, that's all."
The door opens and the Dad storms in. He slams the door shut.
"How was work, honey?"
"Fine!" The dad yells.
He walks to the stove and glances at what is cooking in the pot.
"What the hell is this?!" The dad yells.
"It's stew!" The mom replies.
The Dad grabs the pot and tosses it to the ground.
"Well, it looks disgusting! I need a good meal!"
"You didn't even try it!" The mom says.
"Yeah, Dad! Try it!"
"DON'T YOU DARE SPEAK TO ME IN THAT TONE OF VOICE, YOUNG MAN!!!" A father yells, slapping his boy across his cheek sending him out of his chair.
The child falls to the ground, crying. The mother is in the corner cowering in fear. The father holds a baseball bat in his hand.
"You ungrateful, little brat! I am going to give you the whooping of your life for what you have done!"
"Charles! Please!"
Charles turns towards the woman.
"Shut up, woman!"
He slaps her in the face and knocks her down.
"I am sick and tired of this family! I work so hard to provide and all I hear is complaining!
The Dad grabs the boy by his hair and drags him into a bedroom.
"I am going to teach you to keep your mouth f*** ing shut!" The Dad yells.
He grabs a baseball bat and stomps toward the boy. Suddenly a hand grabs his shoulder. The Dad looks over and sees a Middle-Eastern man with a sad look on his face.
"We need to talk," He says.
"Who the hell are you?!" The Dad yells.
"I will explain everything eventually. Right now can we talk somewhere alone please?" The man says.
The Dad is hesitant but he drops his bat and walks with the man to another room.
"This ain't over!" The Dad yells.
"I say it is!" The man says in a rebuking tone.
The Dad and the man stand in the living room.
"So who are you and what do you want?"
