Chapter 28: "They've been taken"

Raven's pov:

"What are you talking about? Where- Where are they?" Karla asked.

"This. This is plan B." Alucard sighed.

"It means..." Luna gasped.

"They've been taken." Alucard sighed shakily.

"No no no no this can't be happening right now." I paced about the room.

"Dagger knows we know where he is so he might've changed locations."

"I found something!" Jane yelled as she picked up two phones. "Their phones!"

"Get in the car and let's go quick!" Alucard directed.

"Jake and El check security cameras around the neighbourhood, find out where they took them through those and make it quick!" Ryder commanded.

"On it." They nodded.

"Assassins, fighters and snipers go to the Dagger warehouse where we staked that night and destroy whatever or whoever you find there. Gemma and Lorenzo, you'll go with them." Noah added.

"Noah and I will be in the penthouse, helping Jake and El." Ryder went on.

"Get to work everyone!" Noah clapped his hands.

[Back at one of Dagger's hideouts] Maya's pov:

My eyes slowly opened. Everything was a blur for a few seconds and my head was pounding. I was inside, what looked like a fucking dungeon. No windows, just a small ventilator on top where only a giraffe can reach and just a door. My body felt so fucking heavy.

"Wait where's Xalio?" I looked around.

"Where am I? Where's Xalio?" IS SOMEBODY HERE?" I tried getting up but fell back down.

Then suddenly the door creaked open.

"So little Maya woke up huh?" Dagger walked in.

"Of course it's you." I scoffed. "Where's Xalio?"

"Now now, lover boy's asleep don't worry." he laughed.

"What did you do to us?"

"Just a little dose of GHB." he walked closer.

"You piece of shit!" I yelled. "I'll ruin you!"

"Aw, darling that's where you're wrong. Look, you guys are trapped and drugged. There's nothing you can do to get yourself out of here." he picked my chin up.

"You sick asshole. I'm gonna make it out of here, alive and with Xalio!" I breathed heavily.

"Come in here boys." he called two of his men.

They walked in with a syringe in their hand. They brought it closer to my neck.

"No!" I yelled.

I felt a pinch and I blacked out.

Xalio's pov:

I woke up to find myself in a small, enclosed room. My ears were ringing, my head pounding and my body felt heavier than usual.

"Wait where's Maya?" I looked around.

"Where am I? CAN SOMEONE HEAR ME?!" I yelled.

The door hinges creaked.

"Hello, lover boy" Dagger walked in.

"Of course it's you." I scoffed.

"What the fuck is this? Y'all wake up at the same time and yell the same things?" Dagger scoffed.
