EPH 2:8-9
For it is by grace you have been saved,(through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast.
No amount of good works can save you because salvation is a gift not a reward. We also have to accept Jesus as God and Savior and seek His Kingdom and His righteousness and everything else will follow.
Accepting God is an every day choice, being good and doing good are the results of choosing God every single day and still choosing Him and all His promises and ALL HIS TRUTH...
(DO BOT EXCLUDE WORDS OF GOD that do not sit well with your lifestyle and try to reinterpret it so it would suit on your truth that are purely based on ego, vanity and selfish desires)
Choose Him even if nothing seems right. Choosing Him over and over again no matter what because you know it will be worth it. What matters most is what's on eternal and knowing He will be our eternity is a greatest relief and greatest gift..
