You cannot end something that you still want in your life and you don't have guts to begin if you didn't come to your end.
You have enough! As they say; it is never worth staying at a place or situation that makes you miserable and doesn't help you become a better person.
You have to choose. You have a choice. It is either you stay and become BITTER until you felt worthless because you're doing things out of passion or you'll choose to become BETTER and happy and healthy because you know YOU CAN and you deserve it. That's your destiny.
