I scrolled through my feed, looking through new posts when I heard it,
"We can't bring him here!"
"Why not, Man of Iron?"
"Isn't that obvious point break?"
"Mr. Stark-"
"This is where you zip it the adults are talking!"
"O-Okay."
"We can not bring him here, at no circumstances!"
"Yes, we can, Man of Iron!"
"No, Point Break!"
"Yes!
"No!"
"Guys-"
"Yes!"
"No!"
I groaned, and got off the couch, I went to the hallway, to see a red Tony, an annoyed Thor, and a scared Pete, I huffed, and crossed my arms, as their heads turned to me, "Could you guys keep it down?"
Tony walked over to me, "He wants to bring Reindeer Games-"
Thor frowned, "Loki"
Tony rolled his eyes, "Reindeer Games, here."
At this point, everyone walked out of their rooms and walked over to see what the commotion was about. I rolled my eyes, "Really Tony? All this noise for this? It's 3 AM for God's sake!"
Choruses of Yeses echoed through the hallway. Steve walked forward, yawning, "It's just Loki, he helped us with Thanos!"
I nodded, "Tony, what he did in New York, wasn't his fault."
Thor smiled, "Thank you Lady Y/N."
I smiled and turned to Steve, "We can bring him right?"
Pete nodded, "I've been trying to say this for the past 1 hour-"
Tony turned to Pete, "This is where you zip it the adults are talking!"
Pete pointed at me, "I'm older than her!"
I looked at him and told him telepathically,
You know how Tony feels about you. Like a son. He doesn't like it when you're against him, that's why.
Pete smiled and nodded in understanding. Thor huffed, and crossed his arms, "I do not care of your opinion Man of Iron. In fact, he should arrive right now-"
We heard a ding, all of our heads turned to the elevator, to see Loki walk out with a nervous smile, "Surprise..."
Tony huffed and walked out, "If he does something I'm blaming it all on you guys!" I rolled my eyes, and so did everyone. Pete scurried to his room, and slowly everyone dispersed to their rooms, to finally get some sleep. Lastly, only I, Thor, and Loki were left. I entered Loki's head, he seemed to be sad, angry, and...guilty? I went further and noticed that he was still guilty of New York...
"...N"
"../N!"
"...Y/N!!"
"What?" I snapped my gaze to Thor, that's when I realized that I was staring at Loki for the past 5 minutes. I let out a sheepish laugh, "Sorry, about that."
Thor laughed it off, "It's okay Lady Y/N! Would it be alright for you to take Loki to his room? I have some unfinished business in Asgard."
I nodded, "It would be my pleasure, Thor. Have fun at Asgard!" Thor waved at fiddled with buttons in the elevator, finally he figured it out and he descended down the floors. I turned to Loki, who apparently had his gaze fixed on me the entire time. I let out a nervous laugh, "So-" Loki walked closer to me, "Your mind."
I frowned, "Excuse me?"
"Why can't I read it?"
"Oh that," I smirked, "Your, not the only one here who can read minds here, therefore, I blocked all access for my mind," I leaned in, and whispered, "Especially here, it's easier that way."
There was another uncomfortable silence, I played with the hem of my shirt, I looked up, to see him staring at me, again. I put two hands on my hips, "You gotta stop that." He raised an eyebrow, "Stop what?"
I started walking forward signaling him to follow me, "Staring at people." I didn't wait for his response, "Want anything to eat?" I opened the shelves, and took out Clint's candy stash, grabbing candy in the process.
Loki smirked, "God's do not need to eat, like you pesky mortals." I turned to him with a fake smile, "And us mortals do not need to deal with assholes." Before I knew it he grabbed my hand, You do not speak to a God like that!" I zapped electricity through my hand, he retreated rubbing his hand, I smirked, "Do I look like I care?" I turned around and started walking out of the kitchen, him following close behind me muttering something. I passed by my room, I turned around, "This is your room...I think." He raised an eyebrow, "You think?" I rolled my eyes, "Yes. I think."
He entered the room, thankfully it was his. Loki looked a bit lost, I chuckled and entered the room, Loki looked at me clearly annoyed, "Technically, I didn't give you permission to enter the room."
I folded my arms, "Technically I don't care," I shook my head, "Sorry if I'm being rude, I don't know how to deal with people," I looked at Loki he nodded, I smirked, "especially assholes." Loki laughed.
Then I began to show him rooms within his room, I know it's a bit confusing. I showed him to his bathroom, his kitchen, living area, bedroom, and such. I also told him that tomorrow we'll settle if you're staying here for good, if so, he could go shopping to customize his room since it looked pretty bland.
I got out of the door, "If you need anything," I pointed to the right, "That's my room, right there. Right beside yours."
He nodded. I smirked, "Bye, asshole, hope to see you again."
Loki scoffed, "Well, I hope I don't see you again."
I laughed, and opened my door, "Oh I know you want to see me again." With that I closed my door, little did I know that Loki was standing outside his door, grinning widely. Oh only if I knew this would be just the beginning
