Chapter 8: Secrets

Everybody was silent.

"Tell me what." Adora said more stern

Catra looked at Glimmer and Bow and gave them the 'please help me' look but they shook their heads and walked out slowly

"Catra....tell. Me. What."

"It's nothing Adora"

"Well it's something"

Catra looked the other way

"Catra!"

"What?!"

"Tell me!"

"I don't feel like it" She turned around completely

"But Catra-"

"I'M TIRED OK!?" she didn't mean to yell, tears formed up in Adora's eyes, Catra never yelled at her like that.

Adora didn't say anything so Catra turned back around and saw the tears

"Adora I-" she didn't finish her sentence because Adora walked out.

When Adora came out, Glimmer and Bow looked at her

"Adora are you ok?" Bow asked, Adora shook her head

"I just wanna go home."

"Wait so you wanna leave Catra-"

"It doesn't matter, I'm pretty sure she doesn't want me here anyway" She walked away and sat down on a chair in the waiting room.

Glimmer went into the room

"What the hell?"

"I yelled at her on accident" Catra threw her hands in the air

"For what?"

"I-I wasn't ready"

"Catra it's not that hard. Just tell her that you guys were together."

"But we were more than that! I- I don't know how else to explain it."

"It's fine, just get some rest, Adora wants to go home, we'll be back tomorrow ok?"

Catra felt guilty. " ok."

Once they arrived home, Glimmer helped Adora out the car

"Hey." She placed a hand on Adora's shoulder

"I'm fine." Adora took Glimmers hand off "let's just go in."

Adora started walking to the door "is she ok?" Bow asked

"No"

When they all got inside, Adora sat on the couch and turned on 'The Owl House'

"Oooo The Owl House, one of the best shows made" Bow shouted

He went and sat down with her

"Luz is my favorite, she's so silly" Adora told Bow

"Wow, Gus is mine, he's so sweet!"

"Who do you like Glimmer?" Adora asked

"Mmm, I don't know actually."

"C'mon there has to be someone" Bow whined
