Falling into the deep abyss, While the glowing amber rays of the fading sun bid me goodbye. Lost in the colors of dread array, Watching the time pass me by. Running, running, lost on a distant shore, Agony and suffering laugh at my face, my happiness is no more.
Crash! sounds my fragile heart, as it hits the ground below, And away, went my feelings, As the pain becomes all I will ever know. Swimming in an ocean of my endless tears, swallowed whole by my drowning fears. Running running, you can't catch me, I'm running away from reality.
No amount of glue, can fully heal the wounds, Only time can tell. But the question is, will I last till then. I lost my pride, my joy, my smile, In the abyss of darkness. Teetering on the edge, It's a slow descent to madness.
Running, running, but how far will I go, No one knows. Far away onto that distant shore, Till my life shall be no more.
