Chapter 15

As days went by Y/n hasn't talked to anyone about the situation. She was in her own world. She talked to everyone as nothing had happened, except to Yuta.

Every time the class had time to train with each other, Y/n always ignored Yuta and worked with someone else.

Yuta in the other hand was having too much to think about. He was trying to find a way to talk to her, but couldn't.

He had so much guilt and pressure into him that he couldn't do it. As class started everyone was in their usual seats.

"Okay class I have an announcement. So there has been a report that there were few curses in a town few miles away from here. So I'll need two of you to go for a week. Anyone would like to volunteer?" Gojo questioned to class.

Maki knew this was gonna come so she raised her hand. "Gojo I recommend Y/n and Yuta to go together." Yuta and Y/n looked surprised and looked at her.

"Is that so? Explain." Gojo said. "Me and Inumaki went on mission 2 days ago so give us a break. Panda... well the principal might not let him go for some reason. But also they both are the most powerful in our class so a mission for a week must mean the curses are strong." Maki stated.

'Maki what are you thinking?!' Yuta thought. "Point taken. Okay Yuta and Y/n, both will go on the mission that starts tomorrow! It's a week so work hard, but have fun as well!" Gojo said happily.

Yuta looked over Y/n who had her head down not facing him. "Are we really gonna have fun though?' He looked away.

The next day Y/n and Yuta were with Gojo in his car going to the designated place. "Okay guys so let me give you more info about the problem here. A jujutsu sorcerer from another place has reported that there's been many curses in the town, that they are not able to exorcise all of them. And you both being the powerful students in my class it's good thing maki recommended you." Gojo said.

"Okay guys were here. This is the hotel you'll stay in." He said as the students were getting out. As Gojo left they both went into the hotel to check in the place in where they are gonna stay.

"So Yuta and Y/n right?" The lady in the front said. "Yes" they both talked. "Okay so here are your keys. You both will be staying in the same room." She smiled.

"Huh? Only one room?" Y/n questioned. "Yes your teacher wanted you guys to share the same room saying he didn't have enough to pay for the other one."

'Gojo is literally loaded' Y/n said to herself trying not to call him. "Okay thank you." Yuta said walking away to their room.

As they entered the room, it was quite big with 2 beds on each side of the wall. "So...." Yuta said to Y/n who didn't look at him.

"Let's go." Y/n said leaving her things in her bed. "Huh? Where to?" Yuta said confused. "Where else? To check out this place." Y/n sighed as she was opening the door.

"Oh okay." Yuta wasn't going to lie to himself that he wasn't happy that she finally talked to him. This might be a good opportunity for him to get closer to you.

You guys were walking together around the streets seeing people here and there around the places. It was a calm town. Not many people, but many curses.

"Gojo said the origin of all the curses were in a abandoned school. We should check the place out either later or tomorrow." Y/n said looking at her phone.

"Let's check tomorrow. If we're checking the place out, we should store up as much as energy we can save for ourselves." Yuta stated looking at her.

"Oh, sure. That'll work out then." Y/n looked down to her feet. She wasn't sure if the atmosphere was awkward. After what happened she was tired of being mad. She just wanted to forget what happened that day.
