                   You make me feel safe.

When I wake up I'm confused to feel a softness against my back instead of cold leather, I shoot up in the bed.

Looking down I immediately calm, brown eyes stare back at me. "Going somewhere?"

I laugh back into his arms, they wrap around me. "Good morning."

"I don't remember getting here." I admit with a small laugh.

"To Riverdale or to me?" He hums, his voice deep in my ear.

"To you." I say wearily.

"Does your head hurt? I'm surprised you're not puking everywhere." Sweet Pea laughs.

"Mm. No, I don't really get hangovers." I say, not wanting to admit that I definitely just drink too much too often.

"You don't get hangovers?" The question is in jealousy.

I look back up at him, "No."

"Not only are you ridiculously attractive, you also don't get hungover? How many other ways are you blessed?" He's teasing me but I can't help but love the praises.

"I also have a 4.0 GPA." Sweet Pea rolls his eyes at this.

"Of fucking course you do." Sweet Pea runs his hand down my back.

"How'd you get here?" His eyes squint at me.

"Oh, my friend wanted to come here for a party." I lied as I laid my head on his chest, so at least I wouldn't have to lie to his face.

"They left you here?" His tone is slightly angry as if he was mad at my imaginary friend for leaving me alone.

"No. She's still here, I told her you were getting me." I couldn't help but grimace.

"I'm sorry if I ruined any of your plans last night." I tried to change the topic.

"No plans, just waiting for you." Sweet Pea grinned down on me and I couldn't help but mirror it.

I leaned up against his head board as I twisted my fingers through his hair, I loved being soft with him. Smiling.

"Can I ask you something, Lili?" My heart raced when his brown eyes met mine. Despite my nerves I nodded.

"I hope that you know you can talk to me, I don't got any room to judge." I can't help the pull of my brows as I glance to him in confusion.

"Home isn't good for you, is it?" Sweet Pea's eyes radiate concern.

I couldn't help but laugh a little in embarrassment, "God. What did I say last night?"

"You sleep in your car and your brother almost killed your dad?" My eyes flash to Sweet Pea.
