Chapter 5 : Sweet or Sour??!!!

It's late evening at girls' hostel...

Riddhima got freshen up and received call from her mother Poonam.

She was all happy receiving her call,

"Hi Mumma, "

"Hi beta...how are you?!"

Poonam : "I am good, you say how was your day?"

Riddhima : "Day was good and classes are going well."

Poonam : "That's great beta. Did you have your dinner?"

Riddhima : "No mumma I'll have in a while."

Poonam : "ok, beta take care of yourself. I will call tomorrow."

Riddhima : "Ok mumma, you too take care."

As soon as she put call, someone knocked her door.

"Must be Aastha..." She went to open the door but she was thoughtful seeing peon there.

Riddhima : "Yes... "

Peon : "have your ordered something? "

Riddhima : "Means?!"

Peon : "Your parcel has come, rector called you regarding this "

Riddhima : "Ok I am coming."

She came downstairs, she saw a parcel near the front desk. And rector was also standing there.

Rector : "miss Riddhima Sharma, have you ordered something?!"

Riddhima : "No ma'am."

Rector : "Then your parents have sent you something????"

Riddhima : "no ma'am"

Rector : "Then how can this parcel come here??" She asked in a higher tone.

Just then Aastha came and interven,

"Ma'am I have ordered, wanted to give surprise, that's why didn't put name there. Sorry it bothered you."

Rector : "Aastha chaturvedi... Ok then you can take this. But next time do put your name or inform me in person. You know such kind of things aren't entertain in St. George."

Aastha : "Yes ma'am."

Aastha took that parcel, she and Riddhima made their way to Riddhima's room.

Aastha closed the door first.

Aastha : "Riddhima... You can tell me , who sent you this parcel. See I said lie to rector because she is too dangerous in all these matters."

Riddhima was all puzzled "Aastha believe me dear, I have no idea at all who has sent this to me."

Aastha : "Ok, let's open it."

Riddhima : "No ... How can we?? I mean we have no idea who has sent it."

Aastha : "See who ever sent it, must be familiar with you, let's open it to get clear picture about it."

Aastha started to open the parcel. She was all surprised, in the parcel there was a box.

She opened the box, in box there was walnut pie, an ointment and a letter.

"What is this??!!"

In no time Riddhima understood everything,

"It's him. Why is he annoying me ..." He face went pale.

Aastha : "Who?? Will you please elaborate!"
