I almost fell asleep on his chest again. Almost.

But I tightly held on to the thin straw of staying awake and when the movie ended I quickly sat up before my heavy eyelids could shut completely.

Jungkook was a little taken aback by my sudden movement but he didn't question it.

And then I received a text message from Jimin asking me how my day was.

The nasty feeling of unfounded guilt increased and slowly poised my whole body. I felt so bad for spending time and talking to Jungkook and not with him.

Jungkook noticed my contrite face and watched me frowning.

Was it always this complicated? Was what I felt even normal or was I being crazy?

I gulped and turned off my phone sighing.

"I'll get going now. It's late", I said to Jungkook and got up. He nodded and I quickly walked to the door not giving him the chance to say anything else.

But before I could close the door behind me and escape his dark brown eyes which keep pulling me back to a place connected with emotions I couldn't handle, he caught up with me and called out my name making me stop right in front of the door.

"Y/N!", he said coming to a halt in front of me panting a little.

"Hm?", I asked feeling a bit fuzzy in my head.

"I'll throw a house party here to celebrate the end of our penultimate semester", he explained making me look at him in surprise, "and I wanted to ask you if you want to come."

"Um, sure. Of course, why not", I replied with a small smile.

"Okay, I'll take you at your word. Saturday, 9pm", he said returning a big smile, "dress code is revealing."

"What? You're joking, right?", I asked chuckling nervously and looked at him in search for any clue that he was kidding me.

But he only winked at me with a provoking look in his eyes. My heart skipped a beat and I was speechless at how he could so shamelessly flirt with me and be so confident at the same time.

I shook my head and rolled my eyes before I left and returned to my own house.

Saturday arrived quicker than I had hoped and I was glad I finished my project in time.

The first half of my last year in school was done and I was exhausted to death after all the school work. A party was exactly what I needed right now.

I've pushed all the confused emotions I felt about Jungkook to the side and completely focused on my lovely boyfriend Jimin. He could make me feel so happy and I should appreciate that more. Nothing's going to change so soon.

I talked to him on the phone about my week and what he has been up to while I was doing my make-up for the party.

Soo wasn't here today to get ready together because she wanted to stay at her place and dress up on her own.

I knew she decided to do so because she had convinced Taehyung to pick her up and go together to the party. And I was glad and more than happy to know that.

After one month of ignoring each other they finally started talking again and they seemed happier than ever.

I still had a tad of hope that Soo would understand how happy she'd be with him and he wasn't going to leave her. He wasn't the type to do that.

I witnessed the look in his eyes when he looked at her. It was so precious that I couldn't describe it in words.

It made me wish that someone looked at me like that...
