I sighed and followed my parents and brother inside our new home.

Two weeks never felt so short. I could barely prepare myself for everything and say goodbye to Eun. And now I was about to start a new life.

"Wow, Dad. It's really nice", I said as my jaw dropped. The house was a bit bigger and more modern than the last one. The hall was bright and large. The living room and the kitchen were very stylish with the grey and dark red furniture.

"I'm glad you like it, but wait until you see your rooms. They're also bigger than your old ones", he said winking.

I went up a really cute wooden stairs with nice lights at the side of the railing. I turned left and opened the white door to my new room.

The golden light of the late Friday sun shone through the window and created a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. In the corner stood a king sized bed which resembled a princess' one. Also the rest of the room perfectly fitted my style.

And on the opposite side from where I was standing was the door to the balcony from which you could see the house next door. It was constructed in the same way as mine so I wondered who would have the same room just on the other side of the balcony.

I opened the balcony door and inhaled the nice and warm spring air which promised that summer will be there soon. The opposite balcony wasn't far away from mine. If you were brave enough you could easily climb over to the other side.

I turned around and closed the door again. I went downstairs and threw my arms around my dad.

"Thank you. It's amazing", I said. "I hope you're not mad at me anymore", he said really seeming to be sorry. "Of course not. I never was", I said giving him a quick peck.

"Okay, kids", said my mum, "now starts the hard part. You have to unpack your stuff." And that's what I did for almost the rest of the day. When the sun started to go down I turned off my lights and was about to go downstairs when I noticed something.

Someone has turned on the light in the room in the house next door. A boy about my age walked in and put his laptop on his desk. He had black hair and a cute face, actually quite handsome. And somehow he looked familiar. Suddenly he turned around and looked over to my room.

I wasn't sure if he could also see me because it was dark in my room but it seemed like he was staring at me. It felt like he could see right through my soul. I gasped and quickly left my room. What a creep .

"Y/N darling, I hope you don't mind it if we're gone for a while. We need to talk to your brother's school again. There's still a problem with re-registration", my mum told me, "or do you want to join us?"

"No, thanks mum. I'm fine", I replied, "I will just finish the unpacking." After they left I walked around regarding each room of the house and tried to get used to it.

If I were the type for house parties this would be the perfect place to celebrate them. Maybe for my birthday. Or a party with a lot of people from school to get to know them. That would be nice if my parents allowed it, I thought.

Suddenly loud music was played in the house next door. Well, someone else is having a house party right now. Probably the guy I saw before. Ugh the music is way too loud, I sighed annoyed and plumped down on the couch.

I grabbed the remote and put on my favourite drama turning up the volume when I heard a loud bang on our front door.

I ran to the door and opened it just to see a girl about to fall off the stairs in front of our house. I quickly put my arm under her shoulders and lifted her up with all my strength.

"Hey, youuu", the girl screamed in my ear and I could smell the alcohol. She was very drunk and probably ran away from the party next door. How annoying. That guy isn't even able to mind his own party. Imma kill him. I was definitely not in the mood for a fight but this girl needed to go home.

"I'm Soooojungg by the way", the girl said clinging onto me, "and you must be Jungkook's new neighbour." Wait- Jungkook? That can't be. It's not that Jungkook.

"Yes I moved here today. I'm Y/N. Where do you live?", I asked calmly to find out her address. "Nice to meet you, Y/Nnnnnn. And now let's join the party agaiiiin!!!"

Event hough she was really drunk she still had a lot of strength. She simply dragged me over to the house next door and rang the bell.

"No, wait!", I said but it was too late. It was a miracle that he actually heard the bell but unfortunately he did.

He swung the door open and looked at me. I looked at him. And it was him - the Jungkook. Soo Ah's son, the playboy. The heart breaker. The best looking boy in the neighbourhood. Oh no.

"Hey, Y/N. Didn't expect you'd turn up already tonight", he said smirking and leaned against the doorway crossing his arms in front of his chest.

His gaze wandered over my body. He raised an eyebrow when he noticed I was only wearing sweatpants and a huge hoodie. I blushed and coughed uncomfortably.

"Um - I'm only here because your party people are knocking on my door, you idiot", I said getting angry. "Hey, no reason to become rude", he said chuckling.

"Come on, Jungkook. Stop it already and send her home", I asked him since Soojung has started to plat my hair.

"I was hoping you'd stay a bit longer", he answered pretending to be sad that I was leaving. "Okay, bye", I ended the conversation and left him alone with Soojung.
