I begin to hear the sound of baby crying loudly from the basement."Jang Mi's spirit." No. This is not happening. "Yoongi we should go." I said as I walk past him. "You can't do that, Eun Chae. You did something against the tomb's rules. You have to face through it." Yoongi grabbed my arm and pulled me back to him. "How the fuck am I suppose to know the rules in the first place? You did not mention anything to me, you idiot." I snapped and Yoongi growl.
"Follow me." He grabbed my arm firmly in his hand and pulled me along with him down to the basement. "Look at that witch! She's meant to be for Lucifer but because of you, she is now back to life." I looked at the little one crying, bringing both her arms up in the air asking for a lift. "We need to get her out. She's going to suffocate inside here." I struggle to get myself release from his grip said and walked towards the coffin. "Then what, Eun Chae? You tell me? If I get her out of this coffin then what will you do to her? Give her back to Na Ra? I dare you to do that and see how Lucifer unleashed every single darkness and evil into this world because of your thoughts and concern." Whatever Yoongi said made me roll my eyes.
"Worst come to worst I will put her up for adoption." I said and Yoongi laughed. "Then her adopted parents will get killed by Lucifer." I let out a loud huff. "Fuck! Don't waste anymore time, Yoongi. We will figure it out but now we have to let this baby out." I said and he clenched his jawline. Yoongi lift up the coffin to open it and I immediately carry Jang Mi's in my arms. "Thats the fucking solution right there. You, witch, shall be her adopted mother." What the fuck??? "Are you kidding me right now, Min Yoongi? Hell no! I have a career and a life. I am not ready to be a mother to this child. Plus Na Ra and Jungkook will fucking eat my meat raw if they find out I am keeping their used to be dead daughter." I gently cradle the little one in my arms before rubbing her back gently.
"Take her with you. I will pay for the babysitter if I have to. Plus, they will believe that Lucifer has already taken the baby. Now go and wrap this baby with your shawl and head back to the car. I need to clear this mess before anyone sees it." Yoongi said as he threw my red shawl at me. How the hell did he get that? "GO! NOW!" He said as I quickly head back upstairs and run out towards Yoongi's car. I quickly get inside the car and look at Jang Mi. "Bloody hell, Little one. Don't tell me I have to kill you in order to avoid this mess. What have I done... " I sigh as I bring Jang Mi's close to me and look around the church.
A few minutes later, Yoongi run back towards the car and he get in quickly. "I'll drive you home. Tell me your address." I replied as per his request and he straight away drives me back home. "Yoongi we need to stop at the Supermarket at least so I can get some baby necessities. The baby needs milk, diapers and fresh clean clothes." I said and he ignored my request. As soon he drives into the parking basement of my house. He look at me and hand me his phone. "Your number. I'll go get the things and send it back here. You need to quickly go upstairs and cast any witchy magic that you know which is able to protect Jang Mi. I'll be back in an hour." With that I get out of the car with Jang Mi and hurried my way up to my apartment.
My hand trembled as I tried to unlock the door. I still can't believe Jang Mi is here with me, alive. I placed her gently on my bed as soon we entered the house. This little one must be hungry and I am still waiting for Yoongi to come over and send the baby needs. I begin to light up a few lavender scent candles in my room and burn rosemary sage around the house to avoid any evil entering my house. Jang Mi stopped crying and she finally falls asleep. I walked around my apartment, ensuring that the sage covers up the whole apartment. Once I'm done I decided to take a shower and clean myself up while she's asleep. I still need to figure out how to take care of Jang Mi. I need to be sure that she is alright after coming back from the dead. As soon I'm done with shower, there is an incoming text messages from unknown number.
Unknown I've placed the baby necessities in front of the door. My treat. -y
I left the text on read and head to the door and open it. Indeed there are two bags of baby needs. Milk formula, diapers, toiletries and some baby clothes. I quickly bring it in and shut the door. Since Jang Mi is still fast asleep, I begin to arrange her things accordingly and boil the water just in case she starts crying again. Jang Mi is so small and she seems fragile. I gently placed pillows to surround her as I lay next to her. "What have I gotten myself into? First I was visiting you and now here you are on my bed." I gently brush my fingertip along her flawless soft skin. The sudden ping on my phone made me check the new incoming message.
Y I found a babysitter. You can attend the opening ceremony peacefully tomorrow night. Remember to keep this a secret between us. Let the rest believe that Lucifer has taken this child and don't forget to protect her.
Me Great. You should be the one keeping her. Not me!

I ignored his text and left him on read.
YOONGI POV I look up at her window and the night lamp is already on while the main light is off. She's probably asleep. I feel so heavy on my chest and the endless coughing. Fuck! I could not stop coughing ever since I accidentally inhaled the smoke as soon as I arrived in front of her door earlier on.
The smoke from the sage is burning me internal organs.
