Kimora's POV
"Are we all here?" I ask as I stand in front of the team in our conference room in Dallas.
It's November now so it's been a month since the Vegas friendlies and now it's time for the final two friendlies of the year.
Our last two friendlies are against Colombia here in Dallas then we'll play Germany in DC.
The past month has actually been really good for me.
The nightmare's have lessened and Kyra and I are both in the process of getting service dogs.
I think the nightmare's have lessened because before Jackie and I go to bed each night we talk about our day and decompress.
Kyra's also doing very well.
The only bad thing that's happened is that my relationship with my club manager, Casey Stoney, has gone down the drain.
She didn't like the way I spoke to her after the first PSG game and now she doesn't talk to me.
Luckily my teammates have my back and have hinted that if it comes down to backing me or our manager, they'll back me 10 out of 10 times.
I'm pretty sure either myself or Casey will be gone from Man United by the end of the season.
Oh well.
Not my fault that Casey didn't support me after what happened.
"Yeah Bubs." Mom says.
"Okay." I say. "Um you all know we're doing that Charity 7v7 American football thing tomorrow so we need to decide teams."
An Alzheimer's charity got in contact with us and asked if we'd be interested in doing a Charity 7v7 flag football tournament between us and we obviously said yes.
"We could always have the Keepers choose." Syd says.
"Sound good?" I question.
Everybody nods.
"Alright keepers." I say as I sit down. "Pick your teams."
The keepers stand up, decide who gets first pick, then they pick teams.
After the teams are picked I look at my notes and see what the teams are.
Blue Barracudas : Aubrey Bledsoe, Abby Dahlkemper, Jaelin Howell, Midge Purce, Morgan Gautrat, Alex Morgan, Christen Press
Purple Cobras: Adrianna Franch, Casey Krueger, Kristie Mewis, Rose Lavelle, Sarah Gorden, Sophia Smith, Sydney Leroux
Green Eagles: Jane Campbell, Kelley O'Hara, Lindsey Horan, Julie Ertz, Emily Sonnett, Alana Cook, Mal Pugh
Red Dragons: Alyssa Naeher, Catarina Macario, Sam Mewis, Tierna Davidson, Tobin Heath, Crystal Dunn, Kimora Heath
"Now that we know teams we need to go get our uniforms and stuff ready for tomorrow." Crystal says. "So I guess we're gonna go do that now."
"When you buy stuff for the game make sure you buy boxing stuff." I say. "That is if you all still wanna do that."
"We do." Many people say.
"Alright." I say then I list off what everyone will need.
After I list all the stuff everyone'll need, we split up into our teams then head to different sports stores.
"Hey Kai." Crystal says in an innocent voice.
"Jump on." I say
"Yay." Crystal squeals then she jumps on my back.
"Good?" I ask as Crystal wraps her legs around my body.
"Yep." Crystal says then she rests her chin on my head as we start walking to some sports store.
"So Kai." Alyssa says. "How ya been the past month?"
"A lot better actually." I admit.
"Good."
"How'd Becky's appointment go?" Mom asks.
Becky and Alyssa are trying to start a family so they went to the doctor to make sure they we're both able to have kids.
"It went good." Alyssa says. "Now all we have to do is make a baby."
"Sweet." Mom says.
"Tobs are you and Christen going to have a baby?" Sam asks.
"Yeah." Mom says. "Our plan is to have more kids after we all retire."
"Mommy wants more kids?" I ask.
"Mommy and Mama want to give birth to the same amount of kids." Mom says. "That way none of our kids get jealous."
"Oh." I say. "You know if you only have one boy then that kids gonna grow up in the estrogen ocean."
"Do you intersex ladies have more or less estrogen than us?" Crystal asks.
"I actually have no idea." I say. "Kyra probably knows more because of her medical degree's."
"Is she ever going to be an AT?" Tierna asks.
"After she wins an Olympic medal probably." I say. "And she'll probably work for whatever club Jordyn's at as well as Canada."
"Aww." Mom says. "We won't see her as often."
"Tobin you're her Mom." Alyssa says. "Pretty sure you can see her whenever you want."
"True." I say as we reach the sports store.
"I'll walk now." Crystal says then she gets off my back.
After Crystal gets down we head inside then we head to the jersey area, pick out sleeveless jersey's, and get them made while we look around for stuff.
"Are we wearing our football boots?" Tierna asks
"Yeah." Alyssa says as we look around for stuff to wear tomorrow.
"Do we need to buy flags?" I ask.
"They'll have them there tomorrow for us." Mom says. "We're gonna have to wear flags that are the color of our opponents so they don't blend in to our uniforms."
"Oh." I say then we continue searching for stuff
Once we have our stuff for the flag football game, I help my team pick out stuff for boxing training.
"Bubs the other teams are coming here so you can help them with what to get for boxing stuff."
"Alright." I say then I go pay for my stuff and the jersey's for my team.
After I've paid I grab our freshly made jersey's then notice all my national team teammates are in the store so I walk over to them and help them get fitted for boxing stuff.
"Aww." Mommy says as I help Mama out. "Chrissy you look so cute."
Mama smiles at Mommy then she kisses her wife.
"Me kisses." Charlie says then she waddles over.
"You want some kisses?" I ask as I pick up my sister.
Charlie nods then I smother her in kisses.
"Hey." Mom says and pouts. "What about me."
Charlie and I look at each other then we look at Kyra, Mama and Mommy.
"Get her." Mommy says then the five of us smother our favorite UNC alumni in kisses.
"Mmm." Mom says. "That's nice."
"You ready to get fitted for boxing now?" I ask
"Yeah." Mom says.
"Alrighty." I say. "Let's get fitted."
