This Izuku will have the powers of Sariel, Tarmiel, Ludociel, which means their respective graces, Tornado, Ocean, and Flash
the powers he has:
Wings: The user will sprout 3 pairs of wings that allow him to fly, the wings will turn darker the more negative emotions the user has
Breath of Bless: gives a boost to an ally's abilities but brainwashes the ally to make them loyal to the user with no regards to injuries or death, this move can be canceled if needed
Ark: Can blast light beams to disintegrate things or create barriers to protect himself
Special move: Omega Ark - traps objects or people in a sphere of light and disintegrate things inside
very fast regeneration: Able to regenerate even after being sliced in half
The grace of Ocean: user can summon and control water to create spikes, weapons or drown opponents and turn themselves into water to be impervious to physical attacks
Combo move: Enul's divine retribution - Creates a massive water vortex and creates focused lightning bolts to disintegrate opponents
The grace of Tornado: user can create wind blades/weapons sharp enough to slice a human in half, can create a wind barrier that surrounds the user and cuts things down to dust size pieces
Special move: Piercing Scythe Wind - user uses pressurized wind to create a massive wind scythe to cut straight through tough opponents
master swordsmanship: as the name suggests, Izuku is amazing with a sword
The Grace of Flash: grants user super speed (Mach 1 - 4), can shoot beams of light that are more powerful the more darkness an opponent possess but weaker the less darkness an opponent possess, that means the beams of flash will deal a lot of damage to All For One and barely any damage to All Might, the user can use flash to create a light blade
Special move: Gold Shining - the user creates a large blinding light that blinds and burn opponents

In season 4, we know that Mael is Estarossa, and Mael is one of the 4 archangels so Izuku will also get the abilities of Estarossa and Mael

The commandment of Love: Anyone who holds hatred in their heart will be unable to afflict harm on anyone else
Full Counter: the user can reflect attacks aimed at them back at their enemy, but with more than double the power
Hell Blaze: a dark power connected to the darkness of the Demon Realm. It allows the user to generate and control black flames that cannot be extinguished. In addition to its immensely devastating power, the flames also nullify any regenerative abilities, including immortality
The grace of Sunshine: lets the user's power increase as the sun goes up and decrease as the sun goes down, the user also radiates light and heat enough to melt metal, but without harming his allies, the user's personality changes and they becomes even more prideful than their usual selves. If they are not prideful normally, they only become prideful in the day
Special move: Greatest Sun - The user creates a giant sun able to cause an explosion to level buildings and is hot enough to melt concrete
Helios Fair - After concentrating the power of the Sun from within his body into his fist, Mael performs a punch that shoots a torrent of fire
