As soon as the ponies heard what they heard they were awestruck. These new ponies were actually trolls? But they thought that trolls were all mean and scary and lived under a bridge but Twilight looked at them and shook her head not believing it.
"I'm sorry really I am but I don't believe you guys are trolls, trolls are supposed to be big, mean and scary and live under bridges." She said bluntly, the trolls gasped feeling insulted in all their years of living they never heard insults like that.
"Well excuse us!!!" Trollzart said in a huff and crossed his hooves and looked the other way, Branch glared at the purple unicorn-pegasus looking pony he already didn't like her. "It's the truth we are trolls, just because we're not the kind you just described doesn't mean that we aren't not trolls we're all just different!!!" Branch said yelling because this purple pony said they aren't trolls.
"Please your highness you have to believe us it's the truth, I'm Queen Poppy this-" Poppy said before she was interrupted by the 6 ponies "you're a queen?!!!!" They all said at once in shock and bowed down to her and Rarity kissed her hooves while she and her friends looked at them in confusion. "Um what are you guys doing?" She said weirded out because nobody curtsied to her before or kissed her hands except for Branch(which she loved.) and quite frankly she didn't like it.
"You're majesty Queen Poppy I'm so sorry I was rude I had no idea that I was in the presence of a Queen." Twilight said nervously because she was talking rudely to a queen and her friends even if she didn't believe they were trolls but maybe it is true because she nor her friends ever saw them before and she became a human a few times on the other side of the mirror.
"There's no need for that I'm more of a modest Queen than a traditional one, please rise you all don't have to bow down to me or any of us." Poppy said with a sweet smile and blushed sheepishly, the ponies looked in confusion when she said that they don't have to bow to any of them. "Uh beg pardon yer majesty but what do ya mean when you said that we don't have to bow down to any of y'all?" AppleJack asked in confusion.
"We're all royalty well except for Branch but him and Poppy are getting married in a few days so he'll become king of the pop trolls." Prince D said shocking the ponies. "I'm Prince Darnell although I'm called D for short." He said and pointed his hoof to his brother. "This is my brother Prince Cooper, we're the princes of the funk trolls we funk trolls look more like Giraffes." He said smiling kindly.
"I'm Delta Dawn y'all, I'm the mayor of the country trolls and I'm normally half pony because we country trolls are centaurs." Delta said shaking AppleJack's hoof which AppleJack replied with a smile, country trolls sounded spectacular.
"I'm King Trollex of the techno trolls and also the head DJ and I'm not used to having legs or wings or looking different and I'm totally not used to my new look." Trollex said with an upset face, the ponies looked at him in confusion when he made his statement and he rolled his eyes and told them why. "We techno trolls are mermaids." He said as he pulled a photo of himself and a few of his subjects to show them what they normally look like and the ponies looked and nodded in understanding now what he meant.
"I'm Conducter Trollzart of the classical trolls and We're normally this size and color but we also have glittery skin, gem bellybuttons and different looking wings." Trollzart said as he introduced himself, Rarity liked him already a troll who rules over classical music? She loved classical music and she might needed to introduce him to Octavia the Cello pony.
"Yo what up ponies? I'm Queen Barb of the hard rock trolls, we're all cool and hardcore and love to shred like our lives depend on it and I'm the reason we're all here because I saw a wormhole and dragged me and my friends into it." Barb said nonchalantly but she did feel bad about interrupting Poppy and Branch's wedding arrangements. Rainbow Dash liked this troll and thought they could totally hang out but noticed that her friends were glaring at her and understood why.
"And I'm Branch, Poppy's soon to be husband and King of the pop trolls in a few days and right now I'm very stressed because not only are me and Poppy getting married but our eggs are going to hatch any day now and I'm worried that we're going to miss our children being born!!!!" Branch said panicking, from what Twilight heard she understood why this troll was stressed he was a soon to be king and his and his fiancé's children would be born soon but she was confused when he said eggs would hatch any day now. Did trolls have children differently than ponies?
"Shhhh it's okay Branchie, we'll be home in no time and we'll see our children being born and we'll be married before it's too late." Poppy said as she put a hoof around her fiancé's neck and noticed that her engagement ring wasn't on her hoof but she looked up and saw it was on her horn and she breathed a sigh in relief before she started panicking like Trollex did a couple of minutes ago, she kissed Branch's cheek causing him to smile at her and blushed causing the mane 6 besides Rainbow Dash to awww at the cute scene and knew it was clear that they loved each other meanwhile Rainbow Dash just gagged in disgust.
The trolls turned their attention to the 6 ponies and Poppy spoke. "You'll help us get home right?" She said pleadingly, the mane 6 looked at each other nervously except for Twilight who gave the trolls a confidant look. "Of course we will your majesties and in fact we'll have you all home before the day is ended." She said with a smile until she turned her attention to her friends who glared at her in disbelief and she could only respond with a nervous chuckle.
"Oh thank you, thank you, thank you little ponies." Poppy said excitedly and hugged the ponies tight but not too tight and released them. "Did you hear that Guys? We're going home!!!" She said giddily and the other trolls cheered with happiness, AppleJack pulled Twilight to the group huddled around in a circle. "Great going Twilight, promising to get them home and getting their hopes up! You know we can't just take them home just like that!" She said sternly with a glare, Twilight rolled her eyes at her friends and spoke. "Will you girls relax? I have a plan to get them home in no time and it will work." She said proudly until she looked at the trolls who were all jumping up and down excitedly and gulped nervously. "I hope." She said in her mind knowing that her plan might not work but she had to try.
