"You look fine. Now, come downstairs."

"Are you su—"

"What did we speak about yesterday?" Dream gave her a glance over his shoulder since she was by the stairs and he was sitting on the couch, watching TV.

"Only to think positively," Angelica grumbled, staring down at her feet. Dream hummed, clearly pleased with her words before turning to look at the TV again. "But are you—"

"Angelica," he turned to face her, "you bought the outfit because you liked it. Do you like it?"

"I mean, yeah," Angelica slowly nodded before nodding firmly. She furrowed her eyebrows with a determined look. "I like it. I like it and I'm going to wear it because I look good in it."

Dream smiled. "You see? As long as you start believing your words, you're going to start loving yourself."

Angelica let out a sigh at hearing his words, a smile threatening to spread on her lips, grateful for her mask when a smile did spread. She turned to eye the TV and what Dream was watching, a disgusted look on her face forming. "You're watching football re-runs?"

Dream turned to look at her, nodding a bit. "Yeah?"

"For fun?" Dream hummed confusedly. "You're so weird."

"What do you mean?" The man chuckled, raising an eyebrow at her as he crossed his arms over his chest, waiting for an answer.

"Never mind," Angelica sheepishly smiled at him before sitting next to him, pushing him aside which cause him to almost fall on his side. He glared at her and she sat criss-cross, watching the TV. "Didn't you play football?"

"Yeah," Dream nodded before slowly shaking his head. "Well, I played flag football."

Angelica snorted, turning her head to look at him. "Isn't that where you just try to grab some type of flag around the other players waist?" Dream knew where she was going with this. "I thought you meant like... football-football."

"I was the quarterback of flag football though," Dream reminded her. "It's basically the same as football you just have to snatch a flag. That's it."

The girl simply hummed, not wanting to make fun of him and nog having the energy to do so. So, she stared at the TV and felt her eyes starting to close with fatigue, having been sleeping for two hours in the past few nights has finally hit her.

She grabbed a pillow and placed it by Dream's thigh, laying her head on it and starting to drift off to sleep. Dream could barely process what had happened, cheeks turning pink, but it was the sun faults since it was peaking through the gaps of the blinds of the window. Yeah, it was the sun.

Soft snored escaped Angelica's mouth and Dream had hoped she didn't start snoring so loudly like she has because she does tend to snore. He doesn't mind it, he doesn't really care if Angelica snored or not, but she does tend to snore so loud that Dream fears for her throat. Though, she usually snores when she's really tired and he can already hear her snoring.

His phone rang and he looked at it, groaning when he saw it was George calling him. He leaned over to grab his phone on the table, making sure as to not disturb the girl from her sleep, and answered.

"Hello?" He said.

"Angelica's not answering her phone," George whined as a child, the tone of his voice going higher. "Where is she?"

"Sleeping," Dream answered. "Do you want me to pass on a message?"

"Yeah, can you tell her to call me when she wakes up?" George asked. "She texted me if I wanted to look at her outfit and I didn't respond because I was taking a shower."

"You so totally missed," Dream snorted. "She bought this white cropped shirt with some black skinny jeans and this chain that looks pretty cool. It looks very nice."

"Hmm, pretty sure sounds like you're whipped," George teased, tiredness seeping through the tired giggles he let out at hearing the large exhale Dream took in order to start arguing. "No need to get defensive. Hmm... maybe you're in... love with her?"

George made sure to word his sentence correctly. He knew in how much pain his last relationship had left him in, emotionally and physically. It took a quite of time to get him back to his usual self without him bursting into tears or getting so mad he punched the wall or the pillow. He never told anyone about that issue. George, Sapnap, and Bad simply knew because they were for him via call.

Now, Dream was hesitant in falling in love after the shambles of his last. It's not that he was in love with Angelica or anything, but he also had his own flaws that made him insecure about possibly falling for someone like her. Angelica was nice, she was funny, and she was very beautiful despite having not seen her face. She was. But, she should be with someone who wasn't him because he was still stuck on the girl who hurt him and he was just starting to heal again. Yes, it's been months since they broke up, but it still hurts and Dream just isn't ready.

"Shut up, George," said man was relieved at hearing the chuckled escaping Dream's mouth. "Is that all, though, or do you need something else?"

"Where is Angelica sleeping?" George could only smirk, staring at the screen as if he was staring back at his friend.

"She's sleeping next to my leg," Dream answered. "Why? You know what? Now that I'm noticing, you've been very smug over the past few days where you are just randomly text me asking what we're doing."

"Hey, I'm just checking up on my amazing friends," George smiled. "How's it like being roommates?"

"I don't find an issue with anything," Dream answered, shrugging, hand mindlessly weaving itself into the girl's hair, scratching her head and playing with the roots of her hair. "It's been great so far. Very amusing and entertaining."

"Hmm, don't fall in love."

"Shut up, George. I'm hanging up now."

"Bye!"

"Bye."

AUTHOR'S NOTE:

Just wanted to clear up
something:

So, if some of you follow
me then you would know I'm
dealing with a "Hater" if can
even call them that. They
have been saying I don't have
a real personality and am
copying Ranboo. Idk how
but supposedly I am 🙃

Now, I'm not trying
to be him or become him.
I'm me, plain as simple.
Ranboo is a nice, funny
guy and I feel honored that
me just being me gets me
compared to him, but just
remember I'm me :) not
trying to be anybody or anything

To the people that playfully
compare me to him, it's fine lol.
I know you mean it as a joke
and it's okay, but I just don't find
it okay when a person is constantly
harassing me over messages too
that I basically try to copy someone
else. You can continue those
jokes, I don't care, and I'll even
add in jokes from that person because
their arguments were very amusing
