"Shh, you'll wake them up," Areum said as the group of friends held their phones up and took several pictures of the two sleeping figures.

The hug Y/N and Jay shared was so tight they could literally feel each other's heartbeat and for a moment everything felt so calm and safe like nothing could hurt them. Their arms around each other were so warm and comforting that they couldn't pull away.

After a while, Y/N slept in his arms and the latter closed his eyes for a moment only for him to drift to sleep.

On her way home, Areum met Sunghoon and the other guys and all of them decided to visit Y/N as Jay was there. Once they came back, they found them sleeping so peacefully that they couldn't help but take pictures of them so they could tease Jay later.

Jay suddenly shifted from his place and slowly opened his eyes, noticing the familiar persons around him.

"What are you guys doing in here?" He asked, furrowing his eyebrows at them chuckling.

Realizing he and Y/N were sleeping all this time with each other, his cheeks reddened as he carefully put Y/N's head on her pillow and stood up.

"Let's go, we might wake her up." He said as his friends stared at him before coughing and avoiding their gazes. He walked downstairs, with Areum and the others behind him.

"I guess we should go." Jay rubbed the back of his neck and stared at Areum. He didn't want to go, hoping he could spend more time with Y/N.

"You can stay for dinner." Y/N's grandmother peeked from the kitchen and smiled at them. "I made a lot of food and it would make Y/N happy if you spent time with her." She added, hoping they would stay.

"Yes, please stay for dinner," Areum said as she stole glances at Sunghoon, slightly blushing when he looked her way.

"Yeah, why not?" Jay said as he looked at his friends. "Our parents won't really mind." He added.

It was true since all their parents were businessmen and businesswomen and had no time to care for their children.

"Sure."

"Okay, we're staying for dinner." They all said and smiled at Y/N's grandmother before she nodded and went back to the kitchen.

Just when they were about to head to the living room, Y/N started walking downstairs when she noticed their presence. She stared at them in confusion and walked to Areum.

"What are they doing here?" She whispered as she looked at them with an awkward smile.

"They heard what happened and wanted to visit you," Areum replied, and at that Y/N's heart warmed. She never really had friends other than Areum, so seeing other people care for her made her so happy.

"Thank you, guys." She said and smiled at them. "This means a lot to me."

"We're glad you're doing fine now," Heeseung said and Y/N nodded slowly, the smile not leaving her lips.

Meanwhile, Jay was staring at her the whole time. Staring at her beautiful and soft smile, and at her blushing cheeks when Heeseung and the others talked to her.

Everything about her made him smile and be happy.

"Jay," Y/N called as he snapped out of his trance and looked around him, realizing that everyone went to the living room. "Let's go eat." She said as a small chuckle left her lips.

Grabbing his hand, she dragged him gently to the table along with the other guys and sat him down next to her.

"Thank you, grandma!" Areum said as she stared at the food with utmost love. "You're seriously the best." She smiled and gave her a thumb up.

Y/N's grandma chuckled at her and ushered them to start eating. "Eat a lot. I hope you like it." She said and stared at them as they tasted the meals.

"It's so delicious!" Jungwon and Niki said in unison before they stared at each other in surprise.

"It's amazing. Thank you so much for the food." Sunghoon said and bowed slightly as the others did the same.

"I'm glad you l-" Just when Y/N's grandmother was about to talk, a phone started ringing. "Excuse me." She said and walked to the other room, leaving the group of teenagers eating at the table.

"Your grandmother is so kind," Jake said with his mouth full. "I miss homemade meals, it's been a while since mom made us delicious meals." He said, a little sad smile finding its way to his lips.

"I know right. I'm so tired of takeout." Sunoo said and kept filling his mouth with the delicious food.

Y/N stared at them with sympathy as she herself felt the same. If it wasn't for her grandmother that stayed by her side, she would have been just like them.

Just when she was about to speak, her grandmother came in with the phone in her hand.

"Y/N." She called and Y/N turned to her. "Your parents are on the phone, they want to speak to you." She said and stared at her granddaughter as the smile on her lips faded away.

Y/N stood up and walked to her before grabbing the phone and heading upstairs. She closed the door behind her and took a deep breath before putting the phone to her ear.

"Hello?" She said hesitantly.

"Oh Y/N! How are you, my girl?" Her mother's voice was heard on the other end of the line as Y/N's eyes started tearing.

"Mom..." She started before wiping the tears in her eyes. "I'm doing good, how about you and dad?"

She needed her parents a lot. They were in Japan for over three years and she missed them like crazy.

"We're doing good, just busy with our jobs in here. Your father wants to talk to you. Here."

"Y/N?"

"Dad... I miss you so much." Y/N couldn't help but let the tears fall on her cheeks as they rolled down to her chin.

"We miss you too, sweetheart. Sorry for not calling you much but living here isn't that easy and we have a lot of work to do."

"Know that we always love you and miss you. We're always thinking about you darling." Her mother said making her heart ache.

"I love you, mom. And I miss you." Y/N said before she broke down crying, covering her mouth to not make any noise.

Crying silently, she closed her eyes and let the tears fall down her cheeks.

"Missing you is the hardest thing I've got to deal with every day."
