Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Description:

Blindfold gives its user the ability to see the past and present of objects or people. The sights can range from small visions to long, memory-like experiences. 

Quirk Abilities:

- Precognition: user is able to see visions of the past of people and objects around them, usually activated with touch

- Psychometry: user is able to perceive the residual information of an object or a person by touching them

Quirk Drawbacks:

- after each vision, user is blinded for 1 hour (time decreases with age/training)

- user's visions are able to happen suddenly and unconsciously

- unless focused, the visions might appear confusingly random to the user
