Quirk Type: Emitter

Quirk Description:

Velocity gives its user the ability to change their own velocity, allowing them to move at fast speeds. The user is able to change their velocity, change it to fly, using it as short force blast, etc.

Quirk Abilities:

- Velocity Manipulation: user is able to manipulate the velocity and speed of themselves

Quirk Drawbacks:

- changing velocity can strain the user

- needs some velocity in order to manipulate it

- overuse can result in coughing blood, and cramps wherever they used their quirk on
