Quirk Description:
Damnation gives the user the ability to send people into hellish punishments. The quirk will only work on those that are guilty, so it won't affect the innocent.
Quirk Abilities:
- Damnation: user is able to condemn guilty people into hellish punishments, while being trapped in a comatose state
Quirk Drawbacks:
- quirk does not work on the innocent
- the hellish punishments depends on the guilty person's fears
- comatose state lasts for about a week
