Quirk Description:
Static gives its user the ability to manipulate televisions as well as the TV signals and transmissions. The user will be able to manipulate entire broadcasts, find the location of others, etc.
Quirk Abilities:
- Television Manipulation: user is able to manipulate television broadcasts and signals, capable of travelling through TVs and separate into pocket dimensions
- Hypnosis: user is able to hypnotise people by manipulating the specific TV broadcasts
Quirk Drawbacks:
- after travelling through televisions, the user's will experience hearing loss for a few minutes
- unable to create signals themselves, and needs TVs to use their quirk
- takes a lot of strength to travel through televisions
