Quirk Description:
Hailstone gives its user the ability to generate and manipulate ice. The user is able to withstand their own ice's cold temperatures, as well as regular sub-zero temperatures.
Quirk Abilities:
- Ice Generation: user is able to generate massive amounts of ice
- Ice Manipulation: user is able to manipulate the ice their generate
- Cold Resistance: due to the nature of their quirk, user is more resistant to sub-zero temperatures
Quirk Drawbacks:
- overuse can lead to frostbite and cold-related injuries
- is more sensitive towards heat
