Quirk Description:
Frostbite gives its user the ability to generate and manipulate ice. The twist about the ice is that instead of being cold and freezing, it burns anything it touches, like fire.
Quirk Abilities:
- Fire-Ice Generation: user is able to generate ice from their body that burns anything it touches
- Fire-Ice Manipulation: user is able to manipulate the hot ice they generate into whatever they want to
Quirk Drawbacks:
- the ice can burn the user as well
- overuse can lead to severe burns
- takes a lot of time to cool down and melt
