Dust Devil

Quirk Type: Transformation

Quirk Description:

Dust Devil gives its user the ability to spin so fast they turn into a dust devil. In this transformation, the user is quicker, and stronger.

Quirk Abilities:

- Accelerated Rotation: user is able to go into a transformation where they spin so fast they turn into a small dust devil

- Deflection: user is able to deflect attacks while spinning, especially fire

Quirk Drawbacks:

- overuse can lead to nausea

- can be defeated with harder attacks
