Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Description:
Suggestion gives its user the ability to induce compliance into others by giving them a command. Usually, the user would have to start with "I command you to...".
Quirk Abilities:
- Hypnosis: user is able to make suggestions to others and have them be compelled to act on the command
Quirk Drawbacks:
- requires user to start their commands with "I command you to..."
- people with strong will-power are harder to command
- if command is too complicated or does not make sense, the suggestion deactivates
