Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Description:
Locate gives its user the ability to find the exact location of anything and anyone as long as they are holding an object, such as photo or something related to them. The user also requires at least a description of said object or person.
Quirk Abilities:
- Dowsing: user is able to locate anything or anyone by holding an object or something related, touched, or belonging to the missing object or person
Quirk Drawbacks:
- user needs to hold the object and focus, otherwise their quirk won't work
- the quirk finds their current location, and so user has to focus again if the object or person they are looking for are moving from place to place
- takes energy and practice to figure out completely where the object or person is
- unable to find the object or person if the connection to their item is broken (such as having their item cleaned, and therefore lose it's value)
