Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Description:
Dealer gives its user the ability to enhance the power of other quirks. To do this, the user is able to make special deals, which if not fulfilled then a punishment is held to the other person's quirk.
Quirk Abilities:
- Power Augmentation: user is able to enhance the quirks others
- Contract Bestowal: user is able to use the power of Power Augmentation through contracts and deals
Quirk Drawbacks:
- the level of enhancement depends on the intensity of the deal
- unable to enhance quirks without making deals
- can't enhance one's own quirk
- unable to not hold up the deal and avoid punishment (unless a loophole is discovered)
