Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Description:
Tar gives its user the ability to possess a body made of completely tar. Due to this, the user is able to manipulate their own tar as well as tar they fuse with their body.
Quirk Abilities:
- Tar Physiology: user possesses a body made of tar
- Tar Manipulation: user is able to manipulate tar from their own body, or tar that is connected to it
- Trapping Body: user is able to trap others inside their own liquid body
- Tar Vapour Generation: due to their tar body, the user generates tar vapour, which it's generation increases when the user feels angry
Quirk Drawbacks:
- user can be collected and trapped into bottles
- user's vapours are extremely flammable, and therefore dangerous
